Sacked (A Gridiron Novel, Book #1) by Jen Frederick

BXTCHES Gotta Warn: What I should really say is, “BXTCHES need to tell the truth”, but why mess with a good thing. But here’s the truth nonetheless, I wasn’t going to read this book. It has come across my social feeds over the last several months and while the cover (see above) is definitely mouth watering, after reading the blurb, I didn’t think I would enjoy it. Right there is says that Knox Masters is a virgin and as sexist and hypocritical as it sounds, that did not appeal to me. Needless to say, I was wrong. Enough said, let’s get on with it.

Sacked will be told through both the POV of Knox and Ellie.

Eliot Campbell (Ellie) has just transferred to Western State and while out running, finds herself at Union Stadium, home of the Western State Warriors. Knox Masters is the captain of those Warriors and while getting in some preseason workouts, something at the top of the stands catches his eye, that something. . .Eliot Campbell. Prepared to kick out what he thinks is a football groupie, he is suddenly captivated by the girl with the scar on her knee. After a little conversation and some slip n’ slide, Knox is finding himself needing to know a bit more about the girl whose name he still does not know.

Ellie finds herself at Western for her brother, Jack. Jack is the newest recruit to the football team and after spending his first two years at a junior college, he has high hopes for his future. The problem is Jack has a potential learning disability. I say potential because he refuses to be tested to determine whether or not this is the case. Ellie, at the demand of her mother, has been helping Jack since she was 12 years old. Now that they have both transferred to Western, their mom is at it again, giving Ellie an ultimatum regarding two of Jack’s classes. Either she signs up for those classes and helps Jack or she is cut off financially.  The moral dilemma for Ellie. . .Jack has no idea that she has helped him previously or is planning on helping him currently and the last thing that she wants to do is put him in jeopardy of losing his eligibility because he fails OR put in jeopardy of losing his eligibility because Ellie is caught cheating, so she’s definitely stuck between a rock and a hard place.

Knox has been 100% focused on football since he can remember. So much so that he has even foregone sex, as in, he has never indulged at all (oral or intercourse), as in, he is a virgin. Yes, you read that right, a virgin (I know I mentioned it earlier, but I’m still like, “whoa a virgin”). And for someone who has never partaken in the typical collegiate extracurriculars, Knox feels that he will recognize The One when she comes along.

How does Knox know that Ellie is The One? First, her knowledge of football is incomparable and super sexy. Second, she is able to tell him and his identical twin brother (Ty), who also happens to be a football player, apart. Even in pictures that has tricked their mom, she knows instantly which one is Knox. Now, Knox just needs to convince Ellie that they could certainly have something special with one another and convince Ty that she is his other half.
Therefore you should start exploring this solution to avail its beneficial impacts. lowest price viagra These are usually mild and do not last longer than a couple of canadian viagra sales icks.org hours. In order to successfully achieve this, one needs to avoid processed viagra online canada and canned food items in their diet. Symptoms of COPD can be very distressing and the known symptoms of the disease include wheezing, coughing, chest tightness and production no prescription levitra of a high degree of mucus.
It’s not gonna be an easy road for Knox and Ellie and while it’s pretty easy to see what’s coming before the book gets there, knowing will not make it any less dramatic. And since their relationship does seem somewhat easy going in the beginning, you know something climatic is going to have to occur, just to give the jolt one needs, love never comes easy, right? But no worries BXTCHES, it’s the kind of drama that may have you putting the book down so you can take a couple of deep breaths before jumping right back in, so in other words, the fan-fucking-tastic kind of drama.

I think with most books that take place in a college setting, the supporting cast needs to play a pivotal role. Sacked is no different. From the football team to Ellie’s roommate to Ellie’s brother and assbag parents, they all play a role that adds the layer which turns a good book into a great book. Personally, as much as I enjoy the developing relationship between a h/H, I really enjoy the relationships the h/H have outside of each other, and Jen Frederick does a really awesome job of that in Sacked. I think she also sets you up well for the follow-up book, Jock Blocked, which is going to be Matty’s story.

As you already know, I was skeptical to read a book that featured a very Alpha male, who happened to be a virgin. I didn’t know if it could be pulled off and be hot, while believable. I was wrong, I was dead wrong. Knox having sex for the first time was pretty fucking hot. Knox going down on Ellie for his first time ever, while asking her if he was doing it right, yeah, the clothes just melted off at that point. Knox’s very first blow job, well you get the point. While my original belief may have been a bit assholeish, I am not too proud to say that I was in fact the asshole and will never doubt Jen Frederick again if/when she decides to make her hero a virgin. Please accept my apologies.

I’m quite mad at myself for not reading Sacked way back when it first came across my social media. All that did was delay my gratification. Since I’ve been on a sports kick lately, this book was right up my fantasy alley and Jen Frederick does a really phenomenal job of putting that fantasy right at the tips of my fingers.

This was a pretty fantastic read and I must say, I’m looking quite forward to the next book in the Gridiron series. Give Sacked a shot, the table may very well turn when you find yourself longing for a virgin.Bxtches Be ReadingBook Review.4Favorite Quotes TagSacked (A Gridiron Novel, Book #1) by Jen Frederick | Review on www.bxtchesbeblogging.com

#Player (Hashtag Series, Book #3) by Cambria Hebert

BXTCHES Gotta Warn: Remember that this book is not a stand alone. Each books flows into the next, so it is important that you have already enjoyed the first two books (#Nerd) & (#Hater) BEFORE you indulge in this one.

Like the other books in this series, this one will be told through the POV of both Romeo and Rimmel.

Let’s just dive right in and pick up where #Hater left off. So, Zach turned out to be a crazy fuck like we all expected and turned that crazy right onto Rimmel. I mean, he hung her to a goal post for crying out loud, that’s something only a wackadoodle could conjure up. This book will kick off in the hospital, where of course both Romeo and Rimmel have been taken. Fortunately, Rimmel doesn’t suffer from anything being broken, however, she does has some nasty bruises and rope burn. Romeo didn’t get the lucky end of the stick. His arm, his throwing arm, is actually broken. The good news is, no surgery. The bad news, what’s going to happen now with the NFL? Thank goodness, Romeo isn’t going to let a little broken arm keep him from his dreams.

The drama with Zach is going to take up the first part of the book. Don’t worry, all questions will be put to rest and there will most certainly be some closure. If you’re wondering what has happened with the plagiarism charge, I will just say: “really, you haven’t figured that one out by now?”, but in case you haven’t, that too will be answered.

Now, usually I don’t like to give away any information that I find crucial to the story, but this bit of juiciness is revealed while the two lovebirds are in the hospital, so that’s pretty early on in the book, which in my eyes makes the reveal acceptable. Okay, here goes, get ready because it’s a doozy: the P.I. that Romeo’s mother hired to look into “the girl that her son was falling in love with”, discovered that Rimmel’s father has something to do with the death of her mother. This news is going to hit Rimmel like a ton of bricks and strain the short relationship that Rimmel has somewhat built with Romeo’s mom, not to mention it making things not so great between Romeo and his mother.

Despite the tension between the mom and Rimmel, the fundraiser for the animal shelter is still on and by the looks and success of it, Romeo’s mother really knows how to throw a party while having people throw money at the cause. Because of this, she is slowly moving back into the good graces of Rimmel. If you thought that with the drama involving Zach was the last bit of drama for the lovely couple, well that was a cake walk compared to what is facing them. I won’t go into detail, because really where is the fun in that for you and I’ve given away a lot already. But I will say that it involves Rimmel’s past and every ghost that has haunted her while dragging her future right into the middle of it.
Physical dysfunction characterized by the inability to levitra 100mg pills develop an erection. Severe pain, sometimes unexplained pain in the joint is accompanied by some other unexplained symptoms. cialis 20 mg look what i found
In this story we get a glimpse of a Rimmel trying to loosen up and live the college life. Having a boyfriend was certainly new territory for Rimmel, but so was having a group of close friends. I like drama in a good read and this book exceeds that expectation for me (in a good way), but I really like to see a character that I have grown to adore really open up and experience things that she has missed out on. It’s was nice in this book to have moments where you were able to take a break from the build up and really laugh.

There’s not a ton here from the supporting cast that we have grown to love. There is some and those moments remind you why you fell in love with them in the first place. But that’s okay because we get Braeden next and I’m so looking forward to that. I have to add that the relationship that builds or really has been building between Braeden and Rimmel is so lovely (I know that’s kind of a cheesy word, but true). He has definitely become her BBFL and wears that honor with the utmost pride.

I said it in the review of the second book, so I feel that I need to address in this one as well. My only issue again with this series, is how the author address the NFL storyline. I would be more accepting of how it was written if she used a fictional league name. She does use a fictional team, but everyone knows “NFL” and how she forms the way that Romeo enters the league is just off the mark. But, it’s okay because it’s not enough for me not to love this series. Just a nitpick really.

It’s always somewhat strange for me to write about the sex in books where the characters are as young as these two are, but what kind of BXTCH would I be if I didn’t comment on it. I think that Cambria Hebert does a really good job and what I believe is a realistic job of writing good scenes involving the bedroom. Now, I don’t think that they’re “Alpha” like or sheet burning type of scenes, but they deliver on what she needs them to and that is sex that is hot enough to be referred to as fucking while soft enough to get the love that Romeo and Rimmel share across to the reader.

We get a good epilogue here. One that brings closure to Romeo and Rimmel’s story, but one that I hope somewhat finishes in future books. With Braeden being the next in line in this series, I’m quite sure that we will be hearing from them again.

Hellion (Rebel Series, Book #2) by Elle Casey

HellionHellionSynopsis TagHellionBxtches Be Blogging Book Reviews

Hellion (The Rebel Series, Book #2)

BXTCHES Gotta Warn: There are three books in this series (Rebel, Hellion, and Trouble). While each of these books have their own leading couple, they all intertwine with one another, so in order to get the full experience, it’s important to read them in the order the author intended.

After reading Rebel and Teagan’s story, you most certainly should’ve been anticipating Quin’s story. Hellion is going to bring that story to you and I promise it is not disappointing. This book will be told through the POV of Quin.

Quin is sassy, mouthy, and has the style to match, I mean, her eyebrows have a personality all their own. Quin meets and falls somewhat in lust with Mick (Hellion) in the first book. While she is very attracted to him, she knows that he lives up to his namesake well and getting involved with him will most likely cause heartache for her in the end. But that of course doesn’t stop him from making his play.

Quin and Teagan are like two peas in a pod, very much the same personality, the same sense of humor, the one thing they don’t have in common however, is Quin has a mother, father, brother, and sisters and they are FANTASTIC. Mick starts to worm his way into Quin’s life by starting with her family, unknowingly. Jersey is Quin’s younger brother, who because of some complications during birth, is somewhat slow, developmentally. Once he and Mick meet, an instant bond is formed. Trust me when I say, you will fall in instant love with Jersey and the relationship between him and Quin.

There is going to be a lot of resistance from Quin where Mick is involved. She does believe that maybe just a “no strings attached” night is all they need together, but anytime she feels that it’s going to come close to happening, her mouth gets in the way. She has a true gift of saying whatever it is on her mind and sometimes that doesn’t work well in her favor.

These babies are also known as test tube babies because they got formed in the test tubes. viagra online stores There are going to be moments where Quin is going to frustrate you. Because of her ability to say whatever it is on her mind, she sometimes hurts feelings, especially when she needs to put up shields to protect herself. It’s going to take a pretty big chunk of this book for her to come to her senses where Mick is involved, but getting there is going to be so much fun.

The first book left us wanting more. Teagan’s situation with the step-mother was still unresolved at the end of the first book, so that gets revisited here and Quin plays a big part in that. She was the one that got the ball rolling to begin with and continues to be a major participant in that dilemma.

We are also going to meet Alissa in this book and since she is the focus of book #3, it’s nice to get a glimpse of her here. Alissa is an acquaintance of Teagan and Quin, they know her from school. She is also very pregnant. Because of her situation, Alissa has nowhere to go, so Teagan offers her a place to stay. There is a lot going on with this story and since Alissa is the female lead in the third book, that only leaves one brother to co-star with her, Colin. But, we shouldn’t get too far ahead of ourselves, since we’re still with Quin and Mick.

I’m going to discuss it, because, why the hell not? But there isn’t a ton of sex in this book, sexual tension, yes, actual sex, no. Quin and Mick eventually do meet between the sheets and it is very passionate and driven. The author does a really good job here building the reader up with anticipation. In fact, it is so well written, you’re going to wonder how in the hell they kept their clothes on for as long as they did.

The best part of this book? Well, really, everything. But, more specifically, the supporting cast. While each book may focus on a particular couple, it’s really the supporting characters that bring the whole story together. The chemistry is not only on point between the male/female lead, but the way that the author writes it between the other characters as well, makes it very believable. My least favorite part of the book, just the cover, not really a big fan, only because it’s not really how I pictured Mick looking in my head, so really, a personal preference kind of thing.

There are other aspects of this series that makes it so easy to love as well. The humor for one, is fantastically written. Laugh out loud funny. And as funny as these books are, it’s also intriguing to experience the turmoil between the three brothers. So, this book offers it all, the humor, the angst, the sexual tension, the family dynamic. You are not going to be left short of anything here.

Rebel (Rebel Series, Book #1) by Elle Casey

Rebel (Rebel Series, Book #1)

This is a re-read for me and a lot of times when I decide to re-read a book, especially one that I enjoyed the first time around, I tend to not really have love for them the second time around. But in the case of Rebel, it just got better. If you haven’t yet had an opportunity to fall in love with the silent hottie that is Rebel, then you better make some room for another alpha on your shelf.

This book will be told through the POV of Teagan.

Teagan Cross is not looking forward to spending the summer before her final year at school with her dad and step-mom, hell, she barely registers on her dad’s radar, but the last thing she could have ever anticipated was the phone call that would change her world. Her dad has unexpectedly had a heart attack and has passed away. This rocks her world. Not only has she lost the only family (blood wise) that she has left, but she has also lost her financial life line. So, faced with very little choice, she sets out to find a home and a job.

Her journey to find a job is quite depressing, but definitely humorous. Going uptown, she finds that without any previous job experience, she isn’t qualified for anything, heading downtown, she quickly realizes that her upbringing automatically puts her in the “no” column. So she does the only thing a young woman who has just lost her father and has no promising prospects does, she pulls into the parking lot of Rebel Wheels and after making a very good case for herself, she can check her own oil, insists on the owner giving her a job.

Rebel is the owner of Rebel Wheels and when we first meet him, he gives off a sort of “asshole” vibe, but really, he’s just the silent type. So when Teagan shows up to his shop insisting on a job, he doesn’t say much, when she spends hours in his office cleaning it for free just to prove he needs to hire her, he still doesn’t say much. When she shows up later that night at the club (that he happens to be a bouncer at) he doesn’t say much, although he does confiscate her ID, when she shows up the next day to collect her ID from him, he still doesn’t say much, although she does leave with a job.

Holistic fear treatment method is another method cialis no prescription overnight used to handle worry. Men cannot wait to get rid of viagra generic unica-web.com ED. Receiving the right amount of viagra online overnight blood the male organ. People can be seriously injured, buy generic tadalafil maimed for life or even lose confidence in life. So, with #1 on her to-do list taken care of, it’s time to move onto #2 and that’s to resolve her living situation, which she does quickly, even though it’s in the part of town that one would question. All in all, Teagan feels that she is on the right track. And that’s when things start to get really interesting.

There is a lot of fun in this book. First, there’s the obvious relationship story line between Rebel and Teagan. He’s a tough egg for her to crack, but as the story develops, he softens up. One of my favorites angles in the book is her dad’s business. He may no longer be with Teagan, but that story isn’t dead yet and it seems that it is going to get very interesting.

The supporting characters here are fantastic. Now, the next two books in this series will focus on Rebel’s two brothers, so we will of course get to know them, but my favorite is Quin, Teagan’s BFF. The chemistry between them two is phenomenal and Quin is Teagan’s true family. The way the author  layered together these characters really allows the focus on the whole series rather than just each book.

Get ready to laugh out loud because this book is so full of funny. Even when some moments during the book are full of stress, humor is worked into the scenes really well. This book has it all: hot, sexy guys; beautiful, funny females; suspense; drama; and humor. A story very well told.

This is not really a stand alone, even though it’s sort of pushed as one, because there are questions that this book will leave unanswered and continue into the next book(s). If you haven’t had an opportunity to read this series yet or if you’re looking to enjoy a really good re-read, get on it. No disappointments.

The Deal (Off-Campus Series, Book #1) by Elle Kennedy | Review on www.bxtchesbeblogging.com

The DealThe Deal InfoSynopsis TagThe Deal

Bxtches Be Blogging Book Reviews

BXTCHES Gotta Warn: The Deal is the first book in the Off Campus series and it definitely does it job by kicking things off perfectly with Garrett and Hannah. This series will features four roommate hockey players. . .Garrett, Logan, Dean, and Tucker and of course the women that will sweep them off of their feet. My personal opinion is that you should certainly read these books in the order in which they were written.

The Deal will be told from the POV’s of both Garrett and Hannah.

Let’s begin with our wonderfully written female lead, Hannah. She is a music major at Briar University, in her junior year. And if it weren’t for her ability to ace her Ethics class, Hannah and Garrett may never have been, though I like to sometimes believe in fate and that BXTCH would’ve figured out how to get them together. Anyhow, Hannah happens to be one of the very few (emphasis on few) students who is doing exceptionally well in this Ethics class and Garrett is one of the very many (emphasis on many) who isn’t. Garrett happens to have a lot riding on this particular class, namely his hockey. When he catches a glimpse at Hannah’s most recent test grade, he realizes that she may be the answer he’s looking for and propositions her to be his tutor. Unfortunately, Hannah shuts that down quick. No worries for Garrett, he’s willing to do almost anything to get use of her brain.

Everyone has a price apparently and Hannah’s comes in the form of the wide receiver for the football team. Hannah has been crushing on Justin for a hot minute and once Garrett picks up on this at a party, he realizes that Justin could be his ticket to finally getting Hannah to tutor him.

As all tutoring relationships between the hockey superstore and the super smart girl goes. . .friendships develop and Hannah and Garrett are no different. And even though (as the reader) you know a romantic relationship is going to develop, the friendship that Hannah and Garrett develop prior was so much fun to watch unfold.
It connects your upper body http://appalachianmagazine.com/advertise/ cialis pfizer achat and back to your hips and legs. Both Hannah and Garrett have some pretty heavy demons in their lives that are somewhat holding them down and/or back and as their friendship begins to develop, they become what the other needs to fight through their pain. They also are able to become a shoulder for the other when college life becomes typical college life and you need a good sounding board to vent to. This is all before penises and vaginas even meet.

We are getting introduced to lots of people in this book and most of those introductions are gonna set you up for subsequent books and relationships. Since this is a hockey romance, it makes since that one of the secondary storylines in The Deal is in fact, hockey. And Hannah’s love of music doesn’t get left behind, she has her own storyline where music is the focus. While it’s expected to fall in love with the relationship that develops between Hanna and Garrett, it’s also the relationship between Garrett and his roommates/teammates and the relationship that Hannah is also able to develop with Garrett’s friends that is going to draw you in and keep you captivated. The supporting cast is really gonna round out this story and give it the layers it needs to complete The Deal and lead you right into The Mistake

I’ve read this entire series several times, with my last go round being in 2021 (which is when I happen to be updating this) and each time I go in I’m quickly reminded how wonderfully written this book really is. This is a college romance with every necessary box checked. Hannah is strong and fierce. She’s vulnerable when the situation calls for it, while maintaining her loyalty and her humor. She is the perfect person to fall in love with. Garrett is the perfect compliment to Hannah. Forget being the peanut butter to someone’s jelly. . .strive to be the Hannah to someone’s Garrett.

#Hater is book #2 in The Hashtag Series by Cambria Hebert

BXTCHES GOTTA WARN: This is not a stand alone novel and should only be read AFTER you have enjoyed #Nerd (book #1).

This book will pick up where #Nerd left off and will be told through the POV’s of Rimmel and Romeo.

Rome and Rimmel are back together and while she’s been away in Florida for Winter break, Romeo has been preparing for the upcoming championship game. With the pressure of the game falling squarely on Rome’s shoulders, he and Rimmel haven’t had a lot of time to spend with one another. Besides the game holding them apart, they have another problem in the form of Zach, who has it out for Rome and knows if he really wants to hit Rome where it hurts, then all he has to do is get to Rimmel.

There’s a lot more happening in this book compared to the first one. But first let’s talk about the good stuff. Rimmel is just as funny and adorable as ever. Her relationship with Romeo is growing deeper day after day. She is looking forward to the Spring semester and is still volunteering at the animal shelter. While her first meeting with Romeo’s mother may not have went well, even she starts to come around and can see that Rimmel is the real deal. Her friendship with Ivy is continuing to grow as well and Braeden has officially adopted her as his “little sister”. So in Rimmel’s world everything is looking up, until it’s not and like the title indicates “haters gonna hate”.

Everything Romeo has dreamed of, is beginning to come to fruition. He leads his team to a championship (c’mon, you could’ve figured that one out) and he is in love for the first time in his life. The only thorn is his side at the moment, goes by the name of Zach (#hater). Unfortunately, with the prospect of the NFL looming and within his grasp, there isn’t much Romeo can do. His protectiveness of Rimmel, while honorable, does seem to piss her off, but only in a “you need to talk to me first” kinda way.

Oh Lordy Lou the drama in this book is going to be in spades. Most of the time, I would say that drama of this magnitude is a bit overwhelming to the reader, but in this case, I’m right on board with it, only because of where it is deriving from. This book is going to ask a lot of questions, with not a lot of answers, yet. But the third book will bring the answers you will desire.

It may be severe as well as cialis online mild in men. When an impotent man has long periods of abstinence, muscles are held responsible for an erection to become weak, and pelvic circulation deteriorates. purchase cialis you can find out more If patients have sex with their spouses at that time, some pathogens that affect human by cross infection like mold, trichomoniasis, mycoplasma, chlamydia and gonorrhea generic cialis for sale will spread to females and lead to the gynecological disease. All of these forms act quickly and offer durable effects find out here now purchase levitra online on the condition. I hate that I can’t give you more, but if I did, I could possible ruin this story. Just know that Rimmel and Romeo are going to get a lot of hate thrown at them, but the thrill of this book is how they handle it.

The only “issue” I had with the story (and it is really a petty one, sorry) is the way the author handled the NFL storyline. I would’ve been able to understand it more if she would’ve used a fictional league name. It’s the way that she that she writes the process in which a player enters the NFL, you will understand more once you read it.

I am so in love with the supporting characters in this book, especially Braeden. They are all written so well that they should get their own books. Well, Braeden is going to, but let’s not get too ahead of ourselves, we still have book #3 to get through. I absolutely adore the way that Rimmel and Braeden’s relationship is developing. He is really taking the role of her “adopted big brother” very seriously and Rimmel is finally starting to come around to the idea of having a circle of friends.

For me, there are so many things that this author does right by this book. Since there is so much drama happening, I appreciate the fact that she didn’t add any unnecessary headache to the top. I am also loving the fact that with all of the issues that Rimmel’s past provides and add to that her own insecurity (you know, “why me, when he can have someone more his type?”) she stays strong by his side, very trusting in the love she has for him. For being a young couple in love, they are very mature in the way they handle issues that arise.

So far, I think that this is a wonderful series and will only get better with the conclusion of book #3. Take it on, you’ll be glad you did.

Reasonable Doubt (Episode 1)

This is the first of three episodes in Whitney G.’s Reasonable Doubt Series. Don’t be frustrated, all 3 episodes are out and you will want to buy all 3, just to make it easy to go from one to another, trust me, I know this from experience.

This first two episodes are pretty short and very quick reads. Therefore, this review will not be very long, but it will be very fulfilling. This book will kick off the relationship between Thoreau (real name Andrew) and Alyssa (real name Aubrey) and will be told through both POV’s.

Andrew is a high profile attorney in North Carolina, by way of New York. In the beginning of and at times throughout the story, you know that there is something from his past, that’s not shady, but has caused him some serious grief. You will not find out what the mystery is in this book. Andrew seeks out dates on the internet under the name “Thoreau”. The only thing he is looking for: “Casual sex. Nothing more. Nothing less.” Liars are a deal breaker. The only thing that he even looks forward to lately, are the conversations with his only friend, “Alyssa”. He met Alyssa on a lawyers only website. Not really a dating site, more of a professional advice site.

Aubrey is a pre-law student at Duke University. Her real passion though, is ballet. Her parents aren’t really on bored with the ballet part of her dream and part of the agreement is, she can study dance as long as she also studies law. She happens upon her mothers invite to “LawyerMatch.com” and needing academic assistance, she sets up a fake profile. This is where she stumbles upon Thoreau or Andrew. She of course leads him to believe that her name is Alyssa and she is in fact a first year lawyer.

Stretching has been recognized as an effective exercise viagra samples canada for enlarging penis. You will be able to perform pharmacy australia cialis sex effectively and impress your partner. Whitney G. did such a fantastic job at creating chemistry between these two characters, that is so scorching hot, it is coming off of the pages. The storyline is so original and so well done, that I remember when I first read this book, that I actually followed updates from the author so I didn’t miss out on the release of the second book and when it didn’t show up when expected, readers started to freak out. Which, in my opinion was a little over the top, but you get the jest of how good this series is.

There’s actually not a ton of sex in this book, but the sexual tension and dirty talk in this book is so erotic and sensual, you don’t need the actual scenes.

This book is going to end on a “holy shit, did that just happen” moment. Hence, the need to buy the next 2 books ahead of time. Wonderful book, even better series. Go for it, you will not be disappointed.

Thoughtless (Thoughtless Series, Book #1)

I have read this book several times, but with the impending release of Thoughtful, I knew I needed to give it a good re-read and then of course take the opportunity to go ahead and review it as well.

Thoughtless is book #1 in the Thoughtless series and will tell the story of Kiera Allen, Denny Harris, and Kellen Kyle. It will be told through the POV of Kiera. If you haven’t read this book before, then get ready, it will take you on a roller coaster. If you are revisiting the story, well, get ready to jump right back on that roller coaster.

It rarely takes me a significant amount of time to finish a book, in fact, I can usually knock one out between 1-3 days. This book, even re-reading it, took a little longer than a week. This book is so emotionally charged. It takes you from being elated, to shutting everything off in frustration. Even frustrated, it was a great read. However, you will need to be open minded. There are traits, mainly “Kiera traits” that are going to annoy the shit out of you (we’ll get to those), but keep pressing though, the book is really a wonderful story. Let’s begin.

Kiera is moving to Seattle from Ohio with her boyfriend Denny. Denny has a great job/intern opportunity and Kiera has also decided to relocate with Denny in a effort to start a life together. Denny spent a brief amount of time in Seattle, while in high school and that is when he met Kellen Kyle. So because of this connection, Kiera and Denny will be staying with Kellen in his home.

Kellen is the lead singer of the D-Bags, a local band whose popularity is growing. His childhood was full of abuse and because of an intervention from Denny, he has always felt like he owes him. Oh, of course he’s hot! He fits into every cliché for any rocker you have read: hot, cocky, womanizer, sleeps around, you get the point. And it seems that most every woman he comes into contact with is somewhat moved by his charm.

Denny and Kiera have been together for 2 years and are very much in love. Kiera is somewhat innocent. She’s not a virgin, but Denny was her first. She is very uncomfortable with any talk of a sexual nature, joking or otherwise. Her innocence is charming, but definitely can be annoying and some D-Bags members capitalize on her uncomfortableness.

Denny’s job is going really well, so well in fact, that the firm he is working for, has given him an opportunity to travel to Arizona for a couple of months. This news hits Kiera hard and when he leaves, she is devastated. This is when her relationship, really picks up with Kellen. At first, it’s just friendly, but as time goes on you can sense their relationship heading into inappropriate waters. The straw that breaks the “committed relationships” back is when Denny is offered a long term position in Arizona. That is the night that Kiera and Kellen cross the line.

Nowadays, you can easily get safed musli products from market and online viagra overnight usa medical stores. The porn actress signed up and got paid for her work. cialis uk It is defined as an orgasm that occurs ahead of your satisfaction or your partner’s. tadalafil sale It helps to ejaculate old semen and make vardenafil vs viagra room for manufacturers of generic versions in the market. Now, usually I wouldn’t give up so much information. But, obviously this story is about Kellen and Kiera and Denny stands in the way of that relationship. But, I refuse to give anymore away and trust me when I say, it gets much more dramatic than Denny leaving for Arizona. I really want to get to what I loved and not so much loved about this book.

I loved Kellen. There is a reason why he topped a lot of “book boyfriend” lists. He has everything that you want in a brooding rock star. But the one thing that really drove me to love him was his torture. I don’t mean that in a sadist kind of way, but to experience the emotions that he felt for Kiera was heart wrenching. There are some scenes in this book that will leave you speechless. He was written very beautifully and while you want to be upset with him because Denny is a good friend and some of Kellen’s actions are deliberate, you can’t.

Kiera was a bit of a frustrating character for me. I do feel that the author was very sympathetic to her character, because I did feel sorry for her and the predicament that she put herself in, but she could’ve stopped it at anytime. Especially when she agreed and really believed that her and Kellen could continue their flirting as long as it stayed innocent. C’mon, anyone in a relationship would see that as a betrayal and she saw it as friendly. It also really upset me with the way she strung Denny and Kellen along. Now, I know it’s hypocritical for me to say that it would’ve been easier for me with Kiera’s deception if Denny was an asshole, but he was nothing but a wonderful boyfriend. Her other character flaw for me was her naiveté. I can appreciate that personality trait to a degree. But she took it too far for me. For someone who has a hard time listening to story about a blow job, but then turns around and continues to cheat on her long term boyfriend, the act needed to be up. I think that she rode that naiveté trait a little too far.

While, the main characters in this book are fantastic, the supporting ones really make up the meat of this wonderful story. The members of D-Bags offer such comedy and character, that you find yourself excited when they enter a page. A part of you wants to really dislike Anna, Kiera’s sister, but she is just too charming and by the end of the book, she will earn your love. The other characters really round out this book and give it such life, that you know this book wouldn’t be the same book without them.

Like I said, usually I can fly through a book in no time. But this one gets me every time. It goes from one emotional extreme to the other so much that I have to put it down and give myself a break.  It is well worth it however, and having already read the other two books in this series, I can vouch that the series will get better and the next two books are no where near as emotionally draining as this one. The last part of this book was really a gut clencher, so be ready. Again, it was fabulously written and I have a suspicion that I’m going to enjoy Kellen’s POV much more.
