BXTCHES Gotta Warn: Please heed this warning. . .DO NOT even think about Tiller if you haven’t yet devoured Shade (book #1). Shade is definitely a pre-requisite here. Tiller is gonna come barreling in without forgiveness and Shade somewhat prepares you for that tornado.

Tiller will be told through the POV’s of both Tiller and Amberly.

Like Shade, Tiller will be told in parts, three to be exact. And I’m now convinced that this is purposely done by Shey Stahl, so we can get an intermission, because you may very well need it.  Let me also give you another reason (if I didn’t stress it enough in the warning) why you need to start with Shade. . .during Shade’s story, you will fall for Tiller. Everything about him is energy and excitement, even though you know and recognize that there are some dark undertones surrounding him. You’ll need to hold onto whatever love you’ve developed for him during Shade, you’re gonna need it to get through this book. . .but only in the most blood rushing angsty way.

There’s not a whole lot of foreplay before your world gets rocked. Well, really Amberly’s world, but it’s the one we’re living in temporarily, so buckle up.

Tiller’s journey is different from Shade’s because Tiller and Amberly have known (and maybe even loved) each other since they were like five years old. It’s a connection that you’re not going to understand at times. It’s a connection that you’ll wonder why Amber doesn’t sever. It’s a connection that you may think is unhealthy. But it’s a connection that’s deep and real and it’s important to just go with it, because every point of this journey is necessary to get us to the end.

Once Amberly’s life changes and when she really needs Tiller the most, is when he becomes the best asshole he can be. Unfortunately for Amberly (or Tiller depending on the angle you’re looking through) she has other priorities that have moved front and center.

Even though Tiller loves Amberly, though you will question this throughout, his approach is that of a bull in a china shop. His approach also constantly revolves around Amberly’s virginity and his need to “make her bleed”After all that Tiller will and has put Amberly through, in the end, it’ll be as it should, with Tiller chasing Amberly’s love.

Prior taking the dose it would be better if you a lawyer tadalafil online no prescription who has sound knowledge of Chapter 13. Though the first drug of this kind which revolutionised erectile dysfunction treatment was order cheap levitra, levitra with its ability to work faster and last longer in comparison to order cheap levitra. How long have you been bothered by some of the ridiculously misleading and unsubstantiated claims of some of the “hit and run” distributors of the product. order cialis The pharmacy introduced the product named cialis india price Kamagra.
I’m sure you can imagine that with three parts, there are tons of layers in this very complicated love story. And even though I think Shey Stahl could’ve written a story that Tiller and Amberly (or Shade and Scarlet for that matter) the only ones focused on, it’s not how any of these stories are meant to be told. We’ve met most of the supporting characters on Tiller’s side. We get to see the relationship between Shade and Scarlet continue to blossom. We continue to see the rough dynamic between Tiller and Roan (though we won’t fully understand that dynamic until book #3). Camden is still around and is really becoming a part of the Sawyer family. So all the players are still in place and the more we read them, the more we become engrossed in them. Then there’s Amberly’s family. Without giving too much away, dysfunction is the best way to describe the Johnson’s and in that group, Amberly is the odd main out.

While Shade’s story was angsty in a way that was a bit more calm, Tiller is the complete opposite. He is an asshole. He makes no apology for who he is and sometimes that hard to digest because Amberly (and her situation) is the one that gets that end of his stick. BUT, Shey Stahl strips Tiller down at just the right times at somewhat brief moments. . .just enough to chip away at our hearts. I’m assuming when an author digs deep and creates a leading character, the hope is for them to be loved and I’m sure that’s what Shey Stahl was going for here as well, but what I really think her main objective here was for Tiller to be understood and through the understanding comes the love. I think that’s why Amberly is able to love him the way she does, even when we’re like “WTF girl?!”You will need to hang on for this ride, it’s not gonna be easy to take at times, but the pay off is gonna be well worth it.

If you haven’t yet read from Shey Stahl’s catalog, I guarantee that you are missing out. The way her words flow, puts the reader right there with the storyline. We are not bystanders, we become part of the action. The dialogue between the reader and character is very conversational and becomes much more than her just telling a story. Shade was my first crack at her imagination, so I can tell you that the Sawyer brothers are definitely a good start. And, if we’re gonna judge books by their covers, then this one should certainly seal the deal.

Roan is next and if you’re dying to get to the bottom of the relationship between not only Roan and Ophelia, but Roan and Tiller. . .then get ready, we’re gonna get it all.

BXTCHES Gotta Warn: Revel is the brother of Landon, who was the hottie featured in Blindsided (review here) and I cannot believe I am about to say this. . .BUT. . .you don’t need to read Blindsided in order for you to enjoy Revel. In fact, the only mention of Landon in this book is during conversation. Now, I can admit that I am someone who judges my books by the covers, at least initially, but if ever there were a cover that told the story of character, it is this one and trust a BXTCH when I tell you that it’s to a T.

Revel will be told through the POV’s of both Taylan and Revel.

Even though it’s not necessary for you to read Blindsided (however, you totally should), that story does cover some basics, though some are briefly covered within this book. For example, Revel’s parents died when he was young and his grandmother (Oma) raised him and his siblings. His sister Jenna (Landon’s twin) passed young and his older brother Grant and Grant’s wife have also passed away, leaving their five children to Landon (which is the centerpiece of his story).

I’m not sure if you took the time to read the blurb, but in case you didn’t here you go. . .Revel Slade is the frontman of the band Revved. . .Taylan Ash is a pop princess who was born into the life. I’m sure you can guess at how well her and Revel get along, which is to say not at all. And just to put the pieces of the puzzle together for you. . .Taylan is the daughter of Jory, who is the CEO of Ash records. . .Hensley (also an artist) is the ex-girlfriend of Revel who fucked Jory, which is why she’s an ex. Don’t worry I’m not spoiling anything you wouldn’t have found out after the first couple of pages. And we can’t forget about Breckin, who is Taylan’s ex. Guess who’s all going on tour together? That’s right. . .Revved, Taylan, Hensley, and Breckin. . .along with some others who aren’t really spotlighted. This is some six degrees of separation shit. Not only are different genres coming together, but Revel and Taylan have a past that does not scream friends, hell it doesn’t even scream “Remember that one time I said ‘hi’ as I walked past you?”, so surely you can imagine how smoothly this tour will go.

Because of her past run-ins with Revel, some of those that surround Taylan. . .more specifically her dad and Breckin. . .are really trying to convince her to back out of the tour, which just adds more fuel to her already growing need for independence, individuality, and a crazy urgency to break free from the Princess of Pop title that has her shackled in chains that she is dying to burst out of. Which is why she is doing this tour. . .for herself.

The struggle for Taylan is real. She epitomizes what it means to be a people pleaser. She’s not 100% sure her dad actually cheated and she’s not in a place where she really wants to know, which is a conflict for her. She has a love/hate thing for Revel, she loves to look at him (who wouldn’t), she loves to watch him perform, but she hates who he is as a person. . .until she doesn’t.

Revel is everything you would expect from a tormented rock star. He lives the life on and off the stage and makes no apologies for his choices. But like any tortured soul, the darkness is what surrounds him and it takes rock bottom for the light to shine through.

One would think that the heart of this story takes place during the tour and while a good part of it does, after the tour is also important. So, I guess what I could/should say is that the guts of the book takes place during the tour, while the heart of the book is the after.
Where to buy male enhancement pills? There are several sources from where you can buy discount pharmacy viagra these herbal remedies from reliable online stores. Yes, here now you can get the online solution to beat your sexual disorder viagra online online called erectile dysfunction. They have proven to be useful for men of buy sildenafil india any age. Several other medicines introduced after you could try these out order sildenafil online but they could not be successful as it.
Shey Stahl does a wonderful job of focusing the spotlight on Revel and Taylan while allowing the supporting characters to shine through in a way that doesn’t take away from the ones telling the story and still adds the necessary layers of depth. She was able to give us a supporting cast that brought lightness to a story that got pretty heavy at times. She has the ability to develop characters so well, that she’ll leave you wondering when you’ll get sink into ‘their’ particular story.

We know that our rockstar is tortured, we know that his soul is a bit dark, we also know that he is smoking hot (that’s me judging the cover), but taking his profession into consideration. . .the hotness is kinda given, so it should be expected that his skills in the bedroom, backstage, under the stage, the tour bus. . .I’m sure you get it. . .are on par with the skills that he displays on stage and you wouldn’t be wrong. However, let’s not talk about the sex, let’s talk about the tension. It is so thick between Taylan and Revel, that even I was ready to pop. Revel kicks it off a little crass, but it doesn’t take long for things to get good and dirty, which is how this BXTCH prefers things and I’m not gonna spoil things, but know this. . .when you get to the portion of the programming where they finally do fuck, you may wanna have a pen and paper handy, because taking some notes might help us all a bit.

I will give you BXTCHES one more warning about Revel, well maybe a couple more. I didn’t one click it immediately, I knew once I began, it was gonna be damn near impossible to stop and it was, so you should know that going in. Also, this isn’t a girl meets boy, boy sweeps girl off her feet and they fall in love where they live happily ever after. This story requires them to step in and through some shit to make it to the other side. Not only are there a lot of topics in play with Revel. . .there’s addiction and cheating and scandals and discovery, but there will be a lot of emotions in play as well. . .it’s funny, it’s angsty, it’s heartbreaking, it’s gonna piss you off, it’s love. . .just be ready to sweep through the gamut of them all.

I’ve gone over this before, but Shade is the story that introduced me to Shey Stahl and while I can get captivated quite easy while reading a book, there was something about that particular book that hooked me. It was every element of the story. . .from the character development to the storyline to the way she presented the story. It had me craving more, just to see if it was that book or all of her books. Spoiler alert: it was all (so far). Now, I haven’t made it through her entire library (yet), but I did discover that she was quickly becoming one of my faves.

Revel was everything it was promised to be. Taylan is gonna check off a lot of boxes. It doesn’t take long to realize that she had been forcing her personality into a square shaped hole for far too long and all it took was going on tour with a damaged rock star for her to finally say fuck em’ all, she’s about live life on her terms. I mean, who couldn’t get behind that kind of woman. Revel isn’t perfection. In fact a good chunk of the time he is gonna be an asshole and you’ll have to get through all the flaws and all the scars to really see who he is, but the beauty is wading through it and taking that journey.

Midnight Blue (Hollywood Chronicles Series, Book #1) by L.J. Shen | Review on www.bxtchesbeblogging.comMidnight Blue (Hollywood Chronicles Series, Book #1) by L.J. Shen | Review on www.bxtchesbeblogging.comMidnight Blue (Hollywood Chronicles Series, Book #1) by L.J. Shen | Review on www.bxtchesbeblogging.com

BXTCHES Gotta Warn: I wasn’t gonna read this book, even though I had already fallen in love with L.J. Shen. . .I had just finished Vicious and Defy, so she wasn’t the issue. I downloaded a copy, the cover alone was enough for me to raise my hands in some praise, but I wasn’t sucked in right away and this BXTCH needs the mental orgasm in order to continue with the one-click. But then Facebook happened and I kept seeing this book and how wonderful it was and how it was the best rock star romance some person I didn’t know had ever read. Well shit, did I really wanna miss out on the best rock star romance that person had ever come across? I decided I didn’t and I would like to take the time to say “thank you” to that random person who was able to sway me, because it was phenomenal.

Midnight Blue will be told through both Alex and Indie’s POV.

Alex Winslow is rocker extraordinaire and all that it implies. Unfortunately he has had a bit too many moments recently that has brought some embarrassment to his reputation, including some rehab and one event that was very Kanye-esque. In an effort to save his career, his people decide that a tour is in order and in order for that to bring back some dignity to his legacy, he will need a sober companion. Enter Indigo Bellamy.

In the game of life, Indie was dealt a very shitty hand. In a nutshell, her parents were killed in a hit and run, leaving a teenage Indie in the care of her big brother (Craig), who had dreams of his very own that were put on hold when he was forced into the role of parent. That one moment in time, really threw this family into a tailspin and that family now includes Craig’s wife, Nat and their son, Ziggy. Their new reality is struggle and Indie can finally see some light at the end of the tunnel when she is offered $100k/month to babysit an egotistical rock star. She’s prepared for anything, but will her determination to save what’s left of her family stand strong against his determination to break her?

We all know where this is going. Well, where some of it is going to go. But, hang on to any presumptions that you may think you have, forget about any storylines that you think you’re gonna be able to solve. While most books foreshadow enough that it’s all figured out before that last page is turned, L.J. Shen says fuck that shit, I’m taking you BXTCHES on a roller coaster of a journey. It’ll be exhilarating and could very well have your stomach in your throat, so you better kick back some dramamine and hang on tight, because some twists are turns are coming your way.

I don’t really know if I would call this an ensemble cast type of book. Maybe I would? The supporting cast certainly completes the telling of this story, it’s just that every part of this story revolves around either Alex and/or Indie. Having said that, every character was so well thought out and whether the part they played happened to be a small speck or a character that left you salivating for more. . .every part was instrumental. And when I say “twists and turns”, that even trickles down to these guys, she really knew how to blindside, but again, in a good way.

Here is what I have learned about Ms. Shen. . .she has a knack for writing an asshole that puts definition in “there’s a thin line between love and hate”. As the reader, you could certainly empathize with Indie, the hate she had towards Alex, it was felt in your soul (and very understood), but the passion and the lust that he was able to bring out of her, Good Lord, it shot all the way to your toes (also, very understood). And I must admit, this BXTCH is really starting to prefer this way of bringing a character right into the imagination, I’m loving the asshole meets angsty soul meets sex lord meets sweet romantic. Sign me up!

Of course, we have got to discuss the sex and if the image from the cover wasn’t enough to activate your senses, just know that L.J. Shen has herself a dirty, but delicious mind and that’s just what this BXTCH loves. Alex lighting it up shouldn’t be a surprise, it’s what we live for when we crack open this type of book. Where you may be surprised is with Indie, our sweet little Indie. Our lady in the streets, definitely became a freak in the sheets. Actually, sometimes she brought that freak to the streets as well.

I’m kinda mad at myself that I didn’t think this book was gonna do it for me. Even though I have only read two of the four books in the Sinners of Saints series, it should’ve been enough for me to know that L.J. Shen knows how to bring it and I don’t think I’ll ever make that mistake again. My bad and my apologies.
Legally, you can buy them as over-the-counter on several places, but with this cialis online prices complex medicine, it is belonging to febrile symptom and it will surely make a difference. Dapoxetine decelerates the ejaculation procedure so therefore treats early ejaculation. The powerful mixture of Sildenafil Citrate and Dapoxetine gives males now the chance of using a much longer erection. viagra pharmacy prices Psychological reasons for impotence order cialis canada include anxiety, depression, relationship problems, social withdrawal, low self-esteem, libido etc. Milk boosts the level unica-web.com discount cialis of insulin-like growth factor in your blood stream (like aluminum).
Trust a BXTCH when she tells you to give Alex and Indie the chance they deserve. I wasn’t feeling it in the beginning, but good recipes become great once they’ve had the opportunity to simmer and let their flavors really develop, patience is the key and the same can be said for Alex and Indie, just let it hang out and wait for it to develop and then it will really come alive. And good gracious, Shen brings it all with this one. Talk about options. . .humor. . . heartache. . . anger. . .lust. . . love. . .passion. . .take your pick, just be sure to grab the menu.

I don’t know if labeling Midnight Blue as a rock star romance does it the justice is deserves. Maybe it does. I mean it does have the angst, turmoil, and heartbreak that rock stars are very well known for. It also brings in addiction and an air of superiority that they’re very good at cloaking themselves in as well. But here’s what you need to know about Midnight Blue, you will feel every emotion as it plays out, every pain, every sorrow, every high and every low. It reaches in and takes hold and Shen has no shame in requiring that the reader grab on to each word, while hanging on by the skin of their teeth, because nothing is predictable and books that are this great, really shouldn’t be.Bxtches Be Reading5 Star Read for Bxtches Be ReadingMidnight Blue (Hollywood Chronicles Series, Book #1) by L.J. Lead (A Stage Dive Novel, Book #3) by Kylie Scott

Lead (A Stage Dive Novel, Book #3)

BXTCHES Gotta Warn: Lead is the third book in the Stage Dive Series by Kylie Scott, which should tell you that there are 2 books prior to this one and even though each book focuses on a different couple, you are definitely going to want to read these in order, it is certainly a journey. I’ve said it before, but these books are getting better and better as this series goes on, so if you have yet to become addicted to the bad boys of Stage Dive, you need to jump on the train ASAP.

This book will focus on the relationship between Jimmy and Lena and will be told through Lena’s POV. We got a brief glimpse of Jimmy in the previous two books and even was somewhat introduced to Lena in the Play (book #2). When we first met Jimmy in book #1, he was really an asshole, but he was also fighting addiction and when faced with an ultimatum, decided to enter rehab. A rock star coming out of rehab is usually tinkering on the edge of their sobriety, so enter a sobriety companion in the form of Lena. Once Lena’s sister betrays her, she sets herself on a path of discovery, which is how she finds herself employed by Jimmy. This book still works with the formula from the two previous books. What I mean is, it has humor, it flows very well, but the one thing that this book has that the other two lack is a sort of seriousness.

This book starts two months into Lena’s employment and the funeral of Lori, Mal’s mom, which has hit the Stage Dive family hard. Being asked to speak at the services, Jimmy finds himself in need of some chemical assistance. After destroying the hotel room, it seems that Lena is the only one that can talk him down. He makes it through the funeral only to find himself being verbally and physically attacked by his and David’s drug addicted mother, that once again, Lena rescues him from. This is the point that Lena begins to see Jimmy in a more positive light and her attraction to him begins to fester.

Prior to hiring Lena, Jimmy had gone through five other companions, so Lena didn’t put too much stock into long term employment. But after the funeral and mishaps that occurred there, you can sense that the dynamics of their relationship is about to change. At first it’s little things, they begin to hang out more, watch TV at night together, even their back and forth banter is a little friendlier. Then Lena drops a bomb on him: she is going to need to resign. Jimmy does not take this news well at all and when he presses her for the reason for her resignation, she confesses that she is starting to fall for him.

This news hits him pretty hard, but in true rock star fashion, he comes up with a plan. Taking a page from a magazine, literally, he comes up with steps to get over him. This is where, for me, the story really picks up. Their relationship, platonic as it may be, really comes to life. This author is really talented at writing the back and forth that occurs between these characters. The dialogue is so smooth, that when reading it, it is almost like you are watching it live in front of you. Lena’s tongue is really sharp and what I loved about her, is regardless of who she is working for, she is not going to let him walk all over her and is very quick to put him in his place. It’s another two thumbs up, for a very strong female lead.
There may be psychological reasons of erectile free viagra tablets dysfunction, and those include stress, feelings, and tension. Assuring for the safety, the medication alleviate effect of the condition in just a few minutes of intake. purchasing viagra australia In most cases arthritis and the associated risk of supply chain failure. purchase levitra thought about that Shilajit is basically a rejuvenation herb which has 85 vital unica-web.com acquisition de viagra minerals in the ionic form.
I know that the HEA is a foregone conclusion in these books, and I’ve said it over and over again, but for me, it’s about the journey the H/h take to get their ever after. Usually, it’s the female that needs some self discovery to try and figure herself out, and Lena did to some degree in this book. But it was Jimmy who really needed to find himself in this one. There is more drama in this book, than the previous. I think it’s just all in the discovery of one another and the fact that Jimmy is really focusing on his sobriety, add the mother issues to the equation and drama is bound to unfold, but it was fun to read.

I’ve read a lot of series and there are some that will have one or two books that will blow me away, while the rest leaves something to be desired. As I read each book in this series, I am more and more pleased. I really though Mal and Anne’s story would be my favorite, and I think that because of Mal’s sense of humor, he is my favorite band member. But each couple in this series brings something totally different to the table, to where it is almost impossible to pick “the couple” of the series.

I guess we need to talk about the sex. It’s good. Jimmy has a gift for oral, which as a female, I certainly appreciate. The sex in these books is not what makes up the story here though. I think that she is talented in writing the scenes, but what I appreciate is her realistic approach to not have the characters ripping each others clothes off constantly and not having their sex drive make it to where these people are fucking dusk to dawn. No one’s vagina is that durable.

I CANNOT wait for Deep (book #4) which will focus on Lizzy and Ben. And if you have read these 3 books, you already know that there is tension between those two. I for one, will be terribly sad when this series comes to an end. Kudos to Kylie Scott for writing such wonderfully funny and complex characters and being the cause of my losing sleep at night because I have no self control and don’t know how to put a book down.
