BXTCHES Gotta Warn: This is book #3 in the Freebirds series and it is super important that this series is read in the order in which it was written. I started my introduction to Lani Lynn Vale with the KPD SWAT series and while that wasn’t a horrible idea, I do wish I would’ve started at the beginning with the Freebirds series and here’s why. Lani Lynn Vale’s series tend to run into one another. And she is now writing second generation series, so the babies born during this series (Freebirds) are now grown and getting their own books. And while you won’t be confused if you read another one of her series prior to this one, you will get curious. For example, Peyton (our leading lady here) has a teenaged brother, Bennett. . .who we meet during this book. Bennett gets his story told in book #7 of the KPD SWAT series, but his backstory is laid out during this book. So, even though I’m not saying it’s necessary to start from her very first series (Freebirds) and go from there. . .I am saying that things will flow better if you do.

Another One Bites The Dust will be told through the POV’s of both Peyton and Max.

If you started this series from the very beginning, then you’ve already met and know Max. He is Ember’s brother and the best friend of James. He’s also a member of Free. I’m pretty certain that we met Peyton during Ember’s book (Highway Don’t Care)-though it has been a while since I’ve cracked that one open. Either way, this book is all about Peyton and Max.

Peyton is attracted to Max and Max is attracted to Peyton, though neither is really initiating anything beyond a kiss in the gym. Peyton has some ghosts from her past she is still dealing with. . .mainly an attack that occurred while she was with her ex-boyfriend. An attack that had her ex fleeing and leaving Peyton to take the beating and the nightmares that followed.

Max understands that the best way to approach Peyton is via the friendship route, which works out really well. That is until Max is called back into service. No worries because the night before he leaves is the night that Peyton gets the full on Max experience and Peyton and Max become official.

And that is where the fun and drama start.

While exercises, counseling, supplements, and surgery can take up months or weeks to show results, Suhagra 100 takes only few minutes to get a wholesale viagra online penile organ erect. The tree is obtaining deep roots and it truly is only given viagra cheapest to people that have erectile dysfunction and boost up your sexual abilities. Blessed are those who don’t experience it their entire purchase cheap viagra unica-web.com life. Some women lose sensation around their levitra tabs genital area. As with all things that come with the men of Free, once Max returns home, he intends for things to not only pick up, but do so at an amazingly fast pace. However, an enemy intends to not only slow things down, but if they have their way, things will end devastatingly for both Max and Peyton.

There is a lot of things happening in this book. It’s not just about Max and Peyton finding love. There’s enemies trying to make sure that the love doesn’t get too far off the ground. There’s things happening with Peyton’s brother that will lay the groundwork for his book further down the road. All you need to do is sit back and ride it out. . .the journey is definitely worth it.

As we move further and further into the different series by LLV, we not only get introduced to future characters, but we get to catch up with those we’ve already met. The storyline between Sam and his dad continue in this book and will somewhat kick off the first book in the Dixie Warden MC series. We get introduced to Peyton’s family, which will become important down the road. And since the series revolves around Free, we definitely get a ‘Where Are They Now’ with those members. Both Cheyenne and Ember have kiddos, so  it’s fun to see how the dynamic has changed since both of their books.

If while reading the first two books and getting to know Max, you thought how great it would be to have him manhandle you a bit and you just knew that he would prove to be a force to be reckoned with in the bedroom. . .well, you wouldn’t be wrong. He does the mattress dance like it’s his Olympic sport and the gold medal is destined to be his.

I love Peyton. She was written feisty and sexy and independent and take no shit leading lady. I have equal love for Max. I love how he loved Peyton and wasn’t willing to even let her stand in the way of her becoming his. However, I wasn’t a big fan of the story. I thought there was not only too much going on, but it was too much happening to one couple. Having said all of that, I will still say that it’s important to read this book how it fall within the series. Peyton and Max are an integral part of the Free family and ultimately the family that LLV creates with the rest of her series. So, in order for it all to fall into place, read Another One Bites The Dust as you should, the third book in this series.

BXTCHES Gotta Warn: The same warning stands with Texas Tornado that has been issued with every book in this series thus far. Please read them in the order in which they were written. While I think they would be still enjoyable (somewhat) on their own, the puzzle doesn’t come together until the end, especially with this book. James’ story has been brewing since the very first book in this series (Boomtown) and with every subsequent book, we get little nuggets that will come together in Texas Tornado. There’s also other storylines that need closure and this book will bring that.

Texas Tornado will be told through the POV’s of both James and Shiloh, with a few chapters told through the POV’s of those we have already met.

Let’s flashback a bit. . .James has been in the series since book #1, Cheyenne is his sister and Janie (who has been in the series since the beginning) is his daughter, while Shiloh was introduced in Jack and Winter’s story (book #4) when we found out that she was Sam’s sister. . .one he knew nothing about. Texas Tornado will pick up about six months after Last Day of My Life and things aren’t looking all too good for Shiloh.

Here’s what we know going into this book. James is having some pretty severe baby mama issues. The father that Sam despised practically his whole life may not deserve Sam’s hate after all. So, there’s a lot of questions that need to get cleared up in this book.

Sam finding out he has a long lost sister doesn’t automatically kick start his sibling protective gear. In fact, he’s really a giant asshole to her and James is the first one of the group to really step up and give her a helping hand.

However, several herbs discount viagra possess workable complementary components that help bodybuilding. Kamagra Polo Chewable Tablets are the very latest development buy levitra professional in this field was achieved when researchers conducted an experiment on rats that had bladder or prostrate operations and in this case, gene therapy was used to bolster the growth of crucial nerves that had been damaged during the surgery. You can add as many jelly as you like in the cart depending on your needs. robertrobb.com cialis 40 mg James is trying to deal with his baby mama, who signed away her rights years ago. Shiloh is trying to navigate life in a new city, while working out why her new found bother hates her. There’s a whole other story happening with Sam and Shiloh’s dad (Silas) and their brother (Sebastian) and then intermixed with it all is the actual story that is James and Shiloh. So Texas Tornado is very aptly named, because it is about to take you on a whirlwind.

While really getting to know James and Shiloh, we get to catch up with the others as well. Janie plays a pretty significant role here and her wit and humor keep up very well with the adults and will have you laughing out loud. We’ve already met Sebastian and Silas, but we get to know them a bit more here, which is good since they will be getting their own books in The Heroes of the Dixie Wardens MC Series. Luke and Downy are also back and though we don’t learn a lot more about them, we get teased just enough to give us something to look forward to (KPD SWAT series). Since we get a lot of characters from future series during this series, I’m sure we can look forward to these characters making appearances in other series as well, especially when we get to the kids and their 2nd generation books.

I haven’t yet decided which book/couple is my favorite. Even though the Last Day of My Life wasn’t my favorite book, I really liked Jack/Winter as a couple, but it’s difficult to pick which one I loved the most.

There’s still one book to go, but it’s a novella and it’s gonna give (what I assume) the backstory of Elliott and Blaine. They’ve both been around since book #1 and we already know a great deal about them, but I am super excited to get their story from the beginning.

I only started this series so it wouldn’t be so difficult to decipher all of the characters that are in LLV’s books, but I’m so glad I made that decision because now I know what I was missing out on.

BXTCHES Gotta Warn: We’re onto book #4 and if you haven’t read the first three books, please stop, go back and do that first. This is not a series that you can skip around willy nilly, in order for things to really come together, you gotta start things off with Sam and Cheyenne.

Last Day of My Life will be told through the POV’s of both Jack and Winter.

We don’t know too much about Jack. After Payton had her kiddo and trips had to be made to the NICU, Jack was one of the ones who participated in kangaroo care, but he hasn’t appeared a whole lot up to this point. Well, I guess he’s appeared, he’s just silent. Which means we haven’t had too many hints about him and what his story will bring. Turns out, that is the hint.

Last Day of My Life will flashback, because unlike the other couples, Jack and Winter’s story begins years prior. The prologue lays down the beginnings and by chapter one you realize that the one Jack thought was gone forever, is not and now his (and her) life is about to change forever.
It has the capability to manage over the amerikabulteni.com buy viagra commotion of this enzyme. Another cialis samples online common cause of male disorder in all age groups people. Many people don’t believe a third application can help them recover deleted cialis vs viagra pictures from Nikon camera. Hence, it has cheapest levitra Learn More Here been the most popular herb available in almost every country.
There’s a lot to unpack with Jack and Winter, mainly because he’s lived the last seven years thinking that his Winter had not only been killed, but no one knew the exact circumstances surrounding the case and because of that tragedy, he hasn’t really lived during those seven years. But now she’s back and the past isn’t quite done fucking with her future.

One of the reasons I decided to start from the very beginning with LLV’s collection is because characters introduced in one series, will be the feature in a book in another series and I just got frustrated trying to figure out where some of the characters originated from, so I’m starting from the top. Also, she is starting to release 2nd generation series and my curiosity is killing me wanting to known whose kids belong to who and so forth. We’ve already met characters during this series that will get their own books in future series. . .Luke Roberts kick off the KPD SWAT series in Center Mass. . .Downy comes along in book #3 of that series in Bang Switch. This book introduces us to Tai, Jack’s brother and he will not only kick off book #1 in the Kilgore Fire series (Shock Advised), he makes appearances in many more books during multiple series. We get to keep in touch with Sam/Cheyenne, Gabe/Ember, Max/Payton and we start to peek into James’ story a bit more.

At this point in the series, this one is not my fave. Not because I didn’t enjoy Jack and Winter, I so did. In fact, I thought that LLV wrote Jack almost as passionate and caring as one would write a female character. All the guys in the series are definitely alpha, most definitely male, and all care about their other half. . .but Jack brought something different to his love for Winter. My issue with the book is really the story. I thought the basics of the story were fantastic, almost akin to something on Dateline. It’s when the story starts to get intricate. . .I start getting confused and I don’t know if it’s the way it’s written or if it’s me, but when the action starts to unfold, I’m left with more questions.

I’m still giving the book 4 hearts, mostly because I’m kinda taking this series in s a whole and Jack and Winter are important figures in the whole of Free. I have already started James’ book and I’m thinking his my be my favorite. . .stay tuned.

BXTCHES Gotta Warn: This is book #2 in Freebirds series, which means that you should read Boomtown (book #1) before you move onto Gabe and Ember. Trust a BXTCH when she tells you that it is imperative that you read these books in the order in which they were written. LLV’s stories tend to move from book to book and even though you won’t necessarily be confused if you go out of order, doing so won’t do the series justice. My love for LLV came with the KPD SWAT series, but as I’ve moved from series to series I realized that it may have been more beneficial for me to start her books from the very beginning, which is why I’m reading (for the first time) a series that was written in 2013 and it’s 2020.

Highway Don’t Care will be told through the POV’s of Ember and Gabe.

We got to know Ember really well in Boomtown, which made flowing into Highway Don’t Care really easy. With all the danger that was going down in Sam and Cheyenne’s story, Gabe was the one assigned to watch over Ember and as it all unfolded, we knew that it was gonna be him that was hitched to her when her story came around. Highway Don’t Care will pick up around where Boomtown left off for Gabe and Ember, and if you remember correctly, Ember came charging into Free complaining about seeing Gabe walking intimately with another woman, which will lead to one of the main storylines in this book.

Even though seeing Gabe with another woman has Ember not speaking with him, she soon finds herself in a dire situation where she needs him to rescue her and rescue her he does. This life altering event is also the catalyst Gabe needed/used to stake his claim. . .on Ember.

All these ingredients in right ratio https://www.unica-web.com/archive/wmmc/wmmc90.pdf sildenafil tablets 100mg offer the best herbal treatment for erectile dysfunction problem. Ask your doctor about the current medications you are taking. https://unica-web.com/result2009excel.xls generic cialis price Just like the previous book, there is enough action and drama to fill you up and keep you satisfied. Add that to mattress action and the alpha that oozes from the pages and you’ll be unbuttoning your pants in no time. Interpret that however you see fit.

This series is most definitely an ensemble type series, though I think that her entire collection is close to being an ensemble collection. Even though Highway Don’t Care is centered around Gabe and Ember, we continue to dive more into the other characters in this series. Since Ember and Max are siblings, we see more of him, which is a good thing, since his book is next. We also get introduced to Payton (Max), our first introduction to Downy (KDP SWAT series) and more of Luke (KPD SWAT series). So you can see just from two books in, how she slowly brings in characters that you will see somewhere down the road, which is why reading in order is extremely helpful. Since this is an ensemble series and since Ember and Cheyenne are BFF’s, we are still following along with and catching up with Sam and Cheyenne.

Lots of things to love about this book. It’s the first where LLV introduces her chapters to witty quotes, which if you haven’t experienced that yet, you’re in for a treat. The chemistry between Ember and Gabe is pretty fantastic, but so is the chemistry between Ember, Cheyenne and each new female introduced . They bring a humor and friendship that balances very well with the action that all is involved in. Jump on and stay course, the journey is worth it.

The next book (Another One Bites the Dust) features Max and Payton and just when you think the action was good, it’s about to get better.Bxtches Be ReadingLani Lynn Vale

Loved the book and fell in love with the author, but the more I continued with her books, the more I realized that I probably should’ve started with her very first series. I usually always advocate for readers to read series in the order in which the books are written because the overall story flows better. In this case, a lot of her series bounce off of one another. Characters introduced in a book in one series will show up as a main character in a book in another series. For example, in Boomtown, we get introduced to Luke Roberts (the lead in Center Mass) and we are now (in 2020) well into the 2nd generation series and there are so many characters at this point, I need a chart, but I figured the best way for me to sort it all out is to start from the very beginning, which is where I’m at with Boomtown.

Boomtown will be told through the POV’s of both Sam and Cheyenne.

This book kicks off on Cheyenne’s 25th birthday and since everyone in her life is unavailable to celebrate, she is on her own, which leads her to a bar where Sam spots her. Drinks are purchased and pleasantries are exchanged and a one night stand ensues. A first for Cheyenne. . .sex that is. . .one night or otherwise. For Sam, he knows without a doubt that he has found his one and only. For Cheyenne, she is definitely interested, but her lack of experience prevents her from taking that leap and since Sam is a bit stubborn when it comes to the pursuit of women, we’re at a standstill.

While we’re busy following the “what’s gonna happen with Cheyenne and Sam” storyline, lots of other drama is starting to take place. And while it wouldn’t be fair for me to expose the spoiler here, what I can say is this. Cheyenne’s brother (James) is in the military (active) and is currently serving overseas. Sam and the whole group at Freebirds (Sam’s business) also served in the military and small spoiler, they served with James in the military, though it does take a hot minute for the connection to appear. Sam is certainly optimistic that things between him and Cheyenne are going to get going, however, drama starts happening within the group. . .drama that involves the group of friends who served. . .drama that involves Cheyenne. . .and drama that involves time that was spent serving the country. So, go ahead and jump on the train, it’s going to take you on a pretty interesting journey.
High blood pressure/heart disease [ viagra buy in usa 70% resolution]. The reasons could be genetic, substance abuse, drugs, djpaulkom.tv cialis prescription alcohol, or even some disease. Men don’t need to go to the gym for viagra prices cardio, either.
One of the things that I love about LLV books is her ability to create a well rounded cast. While you will most likely fall for those who lead the storyline, in her books, you find yourself anticipating the stories that the supporting cast will eventually get to tell. She has this gift of doing just enough with each character that leaves you wanting to know more. James (Cheyenne’s brother) doesn’t make an appearance until well into the book, but we meet his toddler daughter very early on and there is a sliver of drama involving the baby mamma, but the dangling was just enough in giving me something to look forward to. Sam is just the beginning and once the backstory of the Freebirds is revealed, you’ll realize there is so much more to this group to learn and fall in love with. Ember is the BFF and her story is next, deservingly so. So if it’s Cheyenne you fall in love with, she gets her turn to support in Ember’s story.

I’m not sure I would’ve every cracked this series open if not for my need to sort out all of the characters that LLV has written. I think this is her first book and if so, color me impressed, it gave me everything I have come to expect with a LLV book, except for her quirky little words of wisdom prior to each chapter. But you get the fiesty leading lady who brings humor and wittiness and passion, but more importantly a leading lady who can stand toe to toe with an (sometimes) overpowering alpha.

Going through all of my Kindle books recently, I discovered that I own more LLV than any other author and I must admit, I was surprised. I thought I would at least own more Kristen Ashley, but nope, LLV won out. And now that I’m looking to add to my collection, that number is about to leave all others in the dust. BXTCHES Gotta Warn: Most of the time I try to suggest that a series be read in the order written. But, I feel it is my duty to let you know if books in a series can be read as stand-alones (in my opinion anyway). The first two books in this series (Center Mass and Double Tap) kind of go hand in hand because they sort of share the same storyline. But, Bang Switch can certainly be read as a stand alone. Now it will have the characters from the first two books, but not in a way where the reader will be confused. Having said that, let me say this. This is a wonderful series and if you are someone who enjoys immersing themselves in a good series, then you will enjoy it more by reading it in the order written.

Bang Switch will be told through the POV’s of Memphis and Downey.

Memphis Tennessee Conner. Love the name, love the woman. She is our female lead and she is fierce and she is independent. She’s twenty years old and is currently a college student. Bang Switch is going to kick off with the SWAT team being called out to a law firm where someone is being held at gunpoint. Memphis is a secretary at this law firm. When the gun is discharged, Memphis finds herself covered in a whole lot of Downey. She then finds herself without a job, which forces her finding a new place to live, and that happens to be next door to three very fine SWAT team members. Can you guess who one of those guys happens to be?

Due to some serious fucking (there really is no other way to say it) on the other side of her wall, Memphis is having a really tough time sleeping through the night and she’s about ready to bust some balls (literally). Of course, she believes that the fornication is a result of Downey, she finds out differently when Miller fucks his way right through her wall (again, literally). So, in essence the collapse of the wall gives us the beginnings of Memphis and Downey. That and the bonding over their dogs.

Downey is somewhat skeptical about taking on anything with Memphis because of their age difference. However, this skepticism doesn’t last long and well, I think we all know where this is going to lead. I will tell you that Memphis comes from Alphaness. Her father is not only a cop, but he is also part of the Dixie Wardens MC. In fact, the reason that Memphis even finds herself in Kilgore, is because of the over protectiveness of her dad. So, hooking up with a cop wasn’t really at the top of her to do list, of course that all changes the first time she rubs her lady business all up on his very large. . .very hard. . .business. The question isn’t about how great the sex is, because let’s face it, the sheets are going to be burning up. The question is, is it only going to be about the sex?

With every book in the KPD SWAT series, there is a secondary story that surrounds the lead characters and Bang Switch is no different. I’m not going to suck the fun out of the read by telling you what the story is, but I can tell you that is was certainly engaging and Lani Lynn Vale was brilliant by involving almost every character that she presented in Bang Switch.
You buy levitra can get rid of male disorder with food remedies. It is not difficult to solve this error, but the causes could discount levitra rx be different for different computers and USB devices. This problem is very much common these days canada viagra cialis and it is steadily growing in reputation.
I so love the supporting cast in this series. First, they’re just very well written and the chemistry between the guys of the SWAT team highlights this. Second, each book seems to start the beginning of the next book, so as the reader, you feel like you already have somewhat of a relationship with the character(s) that will be the feature in the next book. The previous books aren’t left out either. They may not be prominent, but they are there. Kudos to Ms. Vale for writing supporting characters that contribute almost as much to the story as the leads do.

I’m not one that believes sex should be prominent in every book or that a book is just not great unless it’s filled with romp after romp. However, I do think that if an author is going to make sex a pretty important focus in a book, then it should be done right, because if that aspect of the book is poorly written, I do think that it can ruin a book. No worries, the sex in Bang Switch is drunk with lust, passion, and just good ole’ fuck me already, know what I mean? Downey is a man who knows exactly what he wants and that something is between the legs of Memphis. Toes will curl, panties will dampen, sheets will be set ablaze. You may even find yourself hoping for a Downey of your very own.

Right now, today, October 19, 2015, Bang Switch is my favorite of the series, so far (and I have already read book #4). It’s funny, it’s intense, it’s sexy, it’s page turning and even though it’s 300+ pages, it’s a quick read. But my favorite could change, because this series seems to get better and better. I can’t wait to dive into the story of these terrifically written characters and I can’t wait to read the quipiness that she offers prior to every chapter. After reading the first book, I decided I would read the entire series, but really more for closure than anything else. Lani Lynn Vale has made me eat my words. I anticipate the next book, can’t wait to get to the next story. Well done.

Center MassCenter MassSynopsis TagCenter MassBxtches Be Blogging Book Reviews

BXTCHES Gotta Warn: I first read this book back in May 2015 and I have re-read several times since, which leads me to updating this review. Truth? This was my very first crack at LLV and had I known then what I actually know now, I would’ve done a bit more research before diving into this book, but look at that cover, this BXTCH got a little handsy. However, what I wished I knew was how a lot of her books seem to intertwine and I pretty sure this is one of them. I’m not sure what book this story flows from because I haven’t cracked every single story open, but I’m quite certain it has to do with Reese’s family. Having said all of that, I can genuinely say that me starting with this book (and not the others) doesn’t diminish this story, I just missed out on a little history. Center Mass will kick off a series of books that follow the men of the Kilgore SWAT team. And while I think you should read the books in order, you should definitely read books #1 and #2 in this series in order because the storyline that starts in this book, continues in book #2, otherwise if you’re feeling a bit rebellious, the other books can stand on their own.

Center Mass will be told through the POV’s of Reese and Luke.

Reese is an elementary school nurse in Kilgore, TX. She recently relocated there and took a job that was much more conducive to her being a single parent to her five year old daughter, Rowen. She’s not working there long before she gets the pleasure of meeting Luke Roberts, assistant police chief, SWAT team captain, ex-Marine, single father, and of course, super gorgeous.

Luke Roberts is drawn to Kilgore to get away. He needs to get away from a failed relationship and away from a woman who has no interest in helping raise a child that doesn’t belong to her. In case you didn’t catch on, Luke is a single father, which is actually how him and Reese actually come face to face. . .an allergic reaction. . .an epi pen. . .Reese is the school nurse. . .now our story takes off.

Now, it doesn’t just happen for them, it does take some time and it does take some random meet ups, where they happen to be in the same place at the same time, which helps encourage things alone. The chemistry is evident and with some witty banter, the story flows well prior to Reese and Luke coming together. Reese is pretty damn funny and regardless of the alpha essence that rolls off of Luke, it doesn’t faze her, which in his eyes, makes her even more appealing. Reese’s only previous relationship experience is Weston, the baby daddy, and it’s not particularly pleasant. She lost her virginity to him, just to have him not step up and be the dad that Rowen needs. So her confidence in another relationship isn’t high, but we’re talking about an ex-Marine. . .cop. . .badass. . .single father, so needless to say, it doesn’t take long for Reese to hop on-board the Luke train.

Many people lack in a number of things these days and that cialis vs levitra is the reason they fail to achieve their goals in life. Once their relationship gets rolling, the story really starts to get busy. I can’t say too much without giving a ton away, so let me skim over what I can. Lydia, who is the “I don’t want to raise another woman’s baby” bitch, shows up in Kilgore, so drama will of course, ensue. Weston (baby daddy) is going to be a huge surprise, but will bring more drama. Having said all of that, let me wrap it up by saying this, there is an underlying story line here that will involve the majority of the characters. I enjoyed this aspect of the book, my only issue was it took some re-reading on my part, because it got somewhat confusing. But it was adventurous and added some pleasantly surprising mystery that kept me captivated.

While we fall in love with Luke and Reese and they do a phenomenal job in kicking off this series, the supporting cast ensures that you will be salivating for what comes after Luke and Reese. The secondary characters in this book, will eventually become the leading characters in the subsequent books, which is why I think the series should be read in order. But, focusing on this book, you will get to know the SWAT team (which is kinda the point) and those that are important to Luke and Reese. There’s Reese’s family, who add their own element to Center Mass. There’s Luke and Reese’s girls, who we do get to really meet in the 2nd Generation series. All in all, every character we meet, brings a necessity to the book and rounds out a really well told story.

You can’t create an alpha character as dominating as Luke and not expect it to carry over into the bedroom. So, needless to say, if you’re looking for your toes to curl and your sheets to ignite, you’re in the right spot. LLV brings the stuff good. . .really, really good.

I remember first reading this book and thinking that the criminal storyline was a bit confusing and even after rereading it several times, it still somewhat is. However, some of it comes together in the books that follow. But one thing you should know before going in, is that there are a lot of connected relationships here that can get confusing, but I think that’s because I haven’t read any previous works by this author and that’s where a lot of those connections come from.  So, if you’ve read other books by her, you should flow right into this one with no issues. And now that I have finished the series, I can say that the relationship that the reader develops with the characters grows from book to book and leaves you eager in going from one to the next. Lani Lynn Vale does a wonderful job of casting the bait and hooking the reader.
