There’s no prerequisite for Blindsided, it’s ready for you to dive right in. Here is what I will say. . .it was very difficult for me to put this book down, which seems to happen every time I open up a Shey Stahl book. So, consider that your warning. . .you will get absolutely no adulting done once you begin to fall in love with Landon and Ember.

Blindsided will be told through the POV’s of both Landon and Ember and sticking to the theme of the book, it will be broken down gridiron style. . .four quarters, with a halftime and an overtime thrown in.

If you read the blurb for Blindsided, then you know that the story will revolve around Landon (QB for Seattle) and Ember (Landon’s personal assistant). You also know that Landon’s brother and his brother’s wife has just died (well, you might not know about the wife, but that is the tragedy), leaving their five kids (Marley, Adler, Haisley, Braylee, and Nalani) ages range from 2-13, in Landon’s care. #handsarefullAF That tragedy is exactly where this story kicks off, which also coincides with the start of Landon’s training camp.

Without giving too much away, Ember came into Landon’s life about five years ago, when he met her in a tattoo parlor, she was the one doing the inking, she was also in a relationship (one that I understood as maybe BDSM and maybe not so healthy) with her boss. Forming an instant connection with Landon, she left her boss and tattoo parlor behind, becoming the personal assistant to the NFL’s hottest player. Don’t get confused, their relationship is definitely one based on friendship, though you quickly learn that both of our leading characters are beginning to feel that this relationship is or at least could be, much more than just friends.

So that’s where we’re at. Blindsided is a love story to its core. One would think that Landon already had a relationship with his nieces and nephew, but he didn’t really even know his brother, much less his brother’s offspring. So he has to learn not only how to be a father, but how to love the kids the way they deserve and in a way that would make his brother proud. And even though both Landon and Ember are beyond the #friendzone where their relationship is concerned, they see their relationship through two different sets of lenses.  Ember is afraid of ruining what they currently have. . .#bestfriendsforever and Landon knows that Ember could be his HEA. Now they need to start reading from the same book and Landon does have the pesky problem of an on again, off again girlfriend, but that just spices up the story a bit.

It is canada viagra cialis suggested that Kamagra should be taken around 45-60 minutes before intercourse. viagra online sample The attitude exhibited by the patient greatly determines the speed of success that they’ll have. While Blindsided is a Landon + Ember = forever type of story, it would not be the book it is if it weren’t for the kiddos. I believe that I mentioned this in my review of Untamed, but Shey Stahl has an ability to write children better than almost anyone I have read. She gives them an adult quality while keeping everything you love about kids in place. And what was so superb in Blindsided was how the relationships developed between Landon and the kids as well as Ember and the kids and also Cat and the kids. . .the kids may just be the common denominator in all of this. . .and you’ll understand once you meet them. Now, I know I haven’t mentioned Cat, but she is Ember’s lifelong BFF who was in an accident, one that caused a traumatic brain injury and affected her short term memory. And speaking of Cat, what I loved about that particular character is how well integrated she was with not just Ember, but Landon and then eventually the kiddos. She wasn’t written as someone with a handicap, but as someone who happens to forget things from time to time. We do get to meet some of Landon’s teammates, and while they may not play as big of a role as some, they do add another layer to Landon and it gives the reader a chance to experience Landon’s professional QB side.

If you’re expecting the sex in Blindsided to be hawt, hot. . .then your expectations are about to be met. . .okay, probably exceeded. Now, I’m sure not all NFL players bring their A game into the bedroom, but in our fantasy they certainly do and Landon has a couple different versions of his A game and they are all sweat inducing. But it’s not just the actual sex, it’s the tension that has been building over a five year friendship, it’s the dirty whispers and dirty promises that are made into Ember’s ear, let’s just say that you BXTCHES will not be disappointed.

I don’t think Shey could’ve given us much more with Blindsided, though I do wish we could’ve gotten more of a glimpse into Landon’s family. I feel that we were almost on the cusp of something really great or juicy or maybe a little of both, but were kind of left hanging. Now it could be the introduction was brief because there will be more to come, which I’m good with, I just want more with Cat first. . .please and thank you. The only other storyline I wanted addressed a bit more was Ember’s past relationship with her boss. There was closure, but the nosey BXTCH in me wanted to know a smidge more.

I have several boxes I need checked when I crack open a book and Blindsided checked them all. I love a hiccup in the middle of a love story and though this hiccup didn’t come deep from the gut, it was enough to add the angst that has me eagerly turning a page. I also need humor, which was not only provided in spades, but was clever from every angle. And while we all know we’re probably gonna swoon over the male lead, I need a female lead to swoon over as well. I need her to be fiercely independent while having some vulnerability. I need her to be sharp and witty. I need her to be able to go toe to toe with her male counterpart, unapologetically. . .Ember encompassed it all and then some.

Shade was my introduction to Shey Stahl and I was hooked from jump street. I’m not even sure how I came across that book, but I’m thankful nonetheless. I also think I have mentioned this before, so I apologize for my redundancy. I believe I have read about six of her books and one of the qualities that keeps me captivated is how conversational her imagination is. I love how the reader isn’t just an observer of a story, but you feel included. She welcomes you into whatever world she has created and invites you to sit back, have a drink, and fall in love. . .#overandoveragain

BXTCHES Gotta Warn: So, fun fact. Complicated was released November 7, 2017. . .I did my one click on November 12, 2017, dove right in and for a reason that I cannot identify, I didn’t take right to the keyboard with my thoughts. I decided to give it a re-read (not really a chore) but once again, for unknown reasons, I procrastinated. Third time’s the charm and I’m finally in front of a computer ready to gush all of my feelings about this book. While I haven’t read every word that has come from KA’s imagination, I am a huge fan. Motorcycle Man is one of my absolute favorites (of any author) and if you have yet to fall in love with Tack and Tyra and motorcycles and the Choas MC. . .I digress. . .just check out my review here. Trust a BXTCH, that book will have you feeling it all. While KA is pretty much close to perfection, there is a downfall. . .her books are addicting, almost Intervention worthy, her books are also very long (this one is 576 pages), so the conundrum. . .do I let my imagination go where KA wants to take it and escape or do I do adulty things like cook dinner and do laundry? Well, surely it’s not gonna take a whole helluva lot to figure out which path I chose. #laundrybedamned

Complicated will be told through the first person POV of Greta and the third person POV of Hix. Not my favorite way to get inside the mind of an alpha, but KA does it well.

Complicated kicks off with Hixon climbing out of Greta’s bed, after having a pretty great fucking night or a great night fucking, you can take it either way. The problem? That’s all it can really be. . .just one night. Hixon has just finalized his divorce from his wife of many years. The woman that he thought he was gonna grow old with. . .enjoy grand babies with. . .the one he thought he would be sitting with as his children said their “I do’s”. . .but for reasons unknown to him, Hope decided that the future they had planned together was no longer the one she wanted to see through to the end. So even though his loyalty is no longer tied to anyone, getting his needs met is one thing, but offering up his heart is a bridge he is not willing to cross. But sometimes all it takes is hearing the girl of your dreams, the one that gave you the best sexual night of your life, singing to you from across the bar, for you to see things a bit differently.

It shouldn’t take much to decipher that Complicated is in fact a complicated love story between Hixon and Greta. However, it’s not the love that’s the complicated part, not really. It’s everything that surrounds Hixon and Greta that has this book living up to its name. Even though Hixon and Hope have been living separately for about one year, their divorce is just weeks old. Adding to that complication is the fact that their love did produce three children (Shaw, Corinne, and Mamie). Hix is the sheriff, and being the sheriff of a small community, one where everyone knows everyone and everyone’s business, his actions, both professional and personal, are always being scrutinized. Hixon’s list may be long and may be complicated, but Greta’s will give him a run for his money and the majority of her list is occupied by her mother.

Not to dive too deep into this complicated journey, but Greta is somewhat new to the small Nebraska town and her motivation for relocating is her younger brother, Andy. Her younger brother who lives in a home. Her younger brother who was in a drunk driving accident when he was just 15 years old. An accident that caused a traumatic brain injury. An accident that was caused by his mother. And because of the recklessness that mama caused, Greta is Andy’s guardian. Now you can understand why it is that mommy dearest takes up so much of Greta’s complicated list.

Now it’s just time to uncomplicate things.

Kristen Ashley is never a simple BXTCH. It’s never gonna be a girl meets boy, girl and boy fall in love, they get married and ride off for their happily ever after. First, KA doesn’t write boys, she’s gonna give you an alpha that you’re gonna be trippin’ over your own two feet to fall in love with. He could be an asshole or he may be lovable from page one, but rest assured he will be alpha and you will fall, asshole or otherwise. Also, KA writes movie-esque books, she will give your imagination an investment and you will be living the moments right next to the characters she has created. Get ready, there will be a lot to unpack within the covers of this complicated book.

However, sometimes, the condition of male impotence is caused when a man cannot keep an erection enough for sexual contact. cheapest cialis canada Sadly, cialis 10 mg the list of these ailments doesn’t have many bounds. When taken Look At This viagra 100 mg in excess, alcohol can increase your chances of getting pregnant. From these, the cialis 20 mg Discover More researcher’s isolated 16 patients with symptoms of hyperthyroidism. Greta and Hixon are the ones who take center stage, but it’s the ones that surround them that give the book layer after layer. Each supporting character adds the necessary ingredient that Complicated needs to come together. Even though you know where the book is headed with Hixon and Greta, Hixon tends to be frustrating when he tries to keep things super casual and just friend zoned between him and Greta, but then you see the relationship between him and his children and even the non-relationship between him and Hope, so even though you may be frustrated with Hix, you understand. The supporting cast comes at you from all angles. . .there’s those who work with Hixon. . .there’s those who work with Greta. . .there’s the kiddos, both Hixon’s kids and Greta’s brother. . .there’s Hope. It all comes together in a beautiful and very well told story.

While KA does it all very well, the one thing that she is usually heads and shoulders above the rest is when she brings the imagination into the bedroom. And it’s not just the actual sex that will set your sheets on fire. It’s the tension that she creates, it’s the romance and the passion and the dirty talk. I think that’s where KA gets you, it’s the alpha combined with the romance, combined with the passion, combined with the dirty talk that will not only hypnotize you, but will have you salivating for more.

Here’s the deal, if you have never cracked open a KA book, Complicated is a pretty good start, though I would recommend you go back and catch up on some pretty fantastic stories. When I tell you that KA is moviesque in her writing, I’m talking get the popcorn ready, because you’re gonna be captivated from the get go.

Complicated brings all the elements. Romance and love and passion and humor and heartache and even a murder. So just sit back, pour some wine (or tequila), block out your world and get ready to fall deep into Hixon and Greta’s. It’s gonna be worth the escape.

If you haven’t yet fallen head over ass for Cindy or Belle, I’m gonna need for you to rewind and dive into those stories first. Could you read this book first? Fuck, I’m not your mom, you do you. . .but you’re just not gonna get everything this series offers if you kickstart this journey in reverse, so considered yourself warned.

Kiss The Girl will be told through the POV of Ariel.

Now, if you decided to be a bit of a rebel and bypass Cindy and Belle, I’m gonna do you a solid and give you a quick rundown. Cindy kicked off this trilogy and to help you catch up, you kinda need to know a bit about how it all starts and that happened with At The Stroke of Midnight. So, here is the cliffs notes version. Cindy, Belle, and Ariel are all residents of Fairytale Lane. Cindy’s “perfect” life is not so perfect, her husband has left and she finds out that as a parting gift, he watered one of the neighbors gardens. . .okay, he fucked her. . .I’m not so good with the metaphors. That neighbor? Ariel. But in her defense, she didn’t know he was married. Belle is the local librarian and lives in her father’s basement. She hooks up with Vincent (aka Beast) in In Bed With The Beast (book #2). But back to the beginning, thinking they were hired for a child’s birthday party, they show up dressed in their namesake princess costumes, ready to make some much needed cash. Except it’s not children they’re there to entertain and it’s certainly not a birthday party that they’ve shown up to. So, the idea of the Naughty Princess Club is born. I hope I haven’t confused you too much, but that’s what happens when you decide to read books out of order and I never said my cliff notes were AP English worthy.

We already know that Ariel is divorced and because of the divorce, she was forced to sell her antique store. . .hence the need for money. All we know about her ex-husband is that he is gay and when the one you have committed yourself to prefers dick and your is most definitely not, an unhappy spouse is an unhappy house. We also know that there is some serious sexual (or murderous) tension between her and Eric and it’s just a matter of time before one of the two comes to fruition. Ariel has yet to step on the stage at Charmings, which means that she can’t be booked for parties. Hot women dressed as hot princesses, taking off their clothes, equals busy times, making it an all hands on deck moment. Things begin to go downhill for Ariel when she shows up to her house to only be informed that the house is no longer hers and she has just minutes to collect her must haves and exit the premises. Now, for someone who is in the business of collecting and everything she owns is a must have, this is definitely the bottom of the barrel. Enter Eric.

Once things kind of calm down (and I’m probably overusing the word calm), it is decided, albeit without input from Ariel, that Eric will be housing our redheaded princess. . .on one of his yachts. Not too shabby, except for the fact that there’s the tiny issue of Ariel either stabbing Eric in his sleep or jumping his bones. Now, if it were up to Eric, it’s the bones. . .it’s always the bones. Don’t worry, we’ll get to that.

While we were given enough Ariel in the first two books to fall in love, we were salivating to get her alone and she did not disappoint. And even though I knew her with Eric was gonna be out of this world, we didn’t really get a lot of Eric in Cindy and Belle’s story, it was just enough to wet the whistle. . .but out of this world, it was.

The wit that we have come to crave from Ariel, hits the mark and then some. Her back and forth banter with the girls is on point but adding Eric to the mix, takes our leading lady to a whole other level. There’s goat yoga, an unhealthy love of carbs (which I ain’t mad at), drunken confessions with the besties, drunken karaoke, some lap dance lessons. . .I mean, it’s almost all carbs and liquor, not only am I not mad at it, this BXTCH is my spirit animal.

With every belly aching laugh comes some gut wrenching reality and if you thought Cindy and Belle’s discoveries were eye opening and worthy of some good old fashioned bra burning, Ariel is about to have you hold her beer, because her revelation came as a surprise to even me. Which is why I will reveal only the following. . .things aren’t always what they seem and sometimes the ones with the most broken souls are the ones who make us laugh the hardest.
They are shipped in anonymous package that enables you to procure Sildenafil without anybody viagra 100mg ever getting the wind of it. Oh! Don’t you like pills? No issues we cialis wholesale offer Kamagra Oral Jelly Tablets in a variety of alternatives. Both active ingredients in the medication have been approved by the medical analyzers of Food & Drug cheap tadalafil canada hop over to these guys Association (FDA). Most reputable online pharmacies will require a signature to ensure that you are the one which can face problems with erections during generic levitra online sexual intercourse.
Since this is the last book in this phenomenal trilogy, our favorite naughty princesses are back in force. Ariel is at the point in her life where she needs her girls and the camaraderie did not let me down. Along with Cindy and Belle, we do get peek in on PJ and Vincent, while being introduced to Eric’s momster, Ursula. Tara Sivec is good at a lot of things-book wise, I don’t know her like that, though I’m sure she’s great at things that have nothing to do with books as well-one thing she is superb at creating is a cast of characters that you will fall for regardless of their emphasis in the book, because she makes sure that each character she takes the time in creating, brings something significant to the story she is telling and as the reader it allows me to become fully engrossed in every detail. Namaste.

There is a lot of sexual tension between Ariel and Eric, that was evident back in book #1, but there’s not a ton of actual sex, but the tension mixed with the loads of foreplay should be enough to. . .hmm. . .wet your whistle. . .never thought I would use that phrase twice in one review, but there you have it. Tara Sivec always manages to walk the fine line between sexy and funny with a lot of grace and she manages to do it again here.

Closure comes as the last page is turned, but I would be lying if I said I wasn’t a bit sad. It was another great ending to another great series. I love books that force me to close my eyes and breathe deep. . .I love books that get me so wound up that I need to shut it down and come back. . .but I also LOVE books that provide a funny and easy escape and that’s what Tara Sivec does for me. Make no mistake, she has provided me with the first three when she managed to rip my heart out in The Story of Us. . .don’t worry, she put it back together. My point? She is one of my go to authors when I need to just decompress without getting worked up. . .when I need to escape to a rom-com that’s not a movie. . .when I want to laugh out loud and have my family look at me with concern. And I will be very okay if she is inspired to give us a short, but not too short, novella featuring all of our favorite princesses and the ones who captured their hearts.

Let’s Make America, America Again. . .BXTCHES!

BXTCHES Gotta Warn: Ah Lawdy Miss Clawdy, I started this post a year ago (2017), but realized that I needed to let it sit and simmer. Some may call it laziness. . .some may call it procrastination. . .I lean more towards a great mind needing to process some thoughts. But, whatever the reason, I’m just now getting around to finishing it up. Part of the problem was me trying to combine two different topics into one post, which I quickly learned was not the greatest of ideas, not only was it too long, it was also all over the place, so I decided to split it up. . .you’re welcome. Though this one could also be all over the place. The main warning here is the following. I cannot stress enough that the opinions expressed in this post are just that. . .opinions. Some may agree, some may not. . .and I am okay with either, but I would like for all who enter to remember that we are all fucking adults and I expect you to act as such. I am not a reputable news source. . .like at all, so please keep that in mind when you are itching to rake my poor soul over the coals of social media.

Okay BXTCHES, sit back and kick up your feet because it’s story time. When I was just 18 years old, I fell in love. The head over heels kind. Unfortunately for my dad, the color of his skin didn’t fall under the correct shade on the color board of partners that I was allowed to spend my life with, so I kept him a secret. . .for almost two full years. When I was 20, I decided that it was time to go full on adult by breaking the news and telling daddio that I did cross the line that he drew in the sand so many years prior. Spoiler alert: he did not take it well. But that is not the point of this story. When I sat down with my dad, I made sure he understood that I was not asking for him to change the way he felt about interracial relationships-which if you haven’t caught on, he was very much against, because me asking him to change his views was like him asking me to change mine, and this BXTCH wasn’t budging. My request was simple. . .I just wanted him to respect my decision and know that it had nothing to do with him. He didn’t have to agree with it, he just needed to recognize that it was my choice and my choice alone. Was he pissed? Yes. It actually took eight months for him to come around. But he did and in the end, my husband, the man I fell in love with when I was just 18 years old, came to be an important fixture in my dad’s life while he was still here with us. There is a point to story time, just hang tight and hopefully you’ll understand soon enough.

I originally addressed the National Anthem controversy back in October 2016, in a post I proudly and creatively titled “We Have To Be Better. . .BXTCHES!”  I didn’t devote a ton of time to the topic, just several paragraphs, but obviously the whole of the country didn’t get around to reading my wisdom, so I guess I need to go ahead and impart it once again. However, this time I have so much more to say.

Full disclosure. . .I am not, nor have I ever been a fan of Colin Kaepernick. . .the football player that is. Now, Colin Kaepernick the activist? That is a motherfucker I can get behind. I’ll go ahead and give those of you taking a ride on the Trump Train a point or two on the scoreboard, by telling you that I fully support your right to be angry. I fully support your right to stand with pride while belting the National Anthem as loud as your lungs will allow. I even fully support your right to watch Guy Fieri and the constant non-stop episodes of Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives instead of the NFL on Sundays, if you choose to boycott. Hey, I ain’t hatin’, I love Triple D. My point? You wanna burn the jersey you spent $75 on, go ahead. You wanna switch teams and pick another favorite QB to scream obscenities at because your current love interest has no idea how to throw a football, let me know, I may wanna switch as well. So, while we may not agree on everything, I fully support you and your right to tell me how wrong I am. You do you, boo.

While I’m baring all, let me also admit the following. I am someone who will and always will stand. I get emotional when the anthem plays. With one hand on my heart and one behind my back, I fight back tears. I love the pomp and circumstance that comes with an opening day. I think it’s beautiful and I think it is a great reminder. But my love for the ceremony that the National Anthem spreads shouldn’t override the message that is trying to be sent by those who kneel.

First things first. If you’re one of the many who continue to post defense for the Confederate flag, or your disdain for the removal of Confederate statues, then I’m gonna have to call you out on your ignorant bullshit and ask that you sit this one out. You can’t fist the American flag in one hand, while using your southern pride to fly the racist one in the other. Open up a history book, the stars and stripes won that war, so trying to defend both in the same breath, kinda makes you a hypocrite or an idiot. Pick one, because now it’s time to choose a side.

Just in case you need a reminder of what triggered this movement. . .it’s the injustice that occurs every time a unarmed black man/woman/child is gunned down by police. And let’s not go round and round with it trying to be justified. Of all the cases that have hit the news, there was not one time (that I can think of) where it was proper for a cop to commit murder. And I watch Live PD religiously, so trust a BXTCH, there are times when I really don’t know how cops do it day in and day out, but they are or should be trained to handle themselves in situations that arise where they feel the need to pull out their weapon. PSA: I in no way believe that all cops are dirty and murderous. In fact, I know the majority are not, it’s just a small percentage who happens to be making a huge impact.

We need to get to the meat of the argument, the one everybody throws up in the air. . .those who kneel are disrespecting our military. Now, I was under the distinct impression that when one signs up to defend our country, that, that fight and honor includes our freedoms, and I thought it pertained to all of them. I was also under the impression that the first amendment was a pretty big deal. I could’ve been mislead. History could have it wrong, but our right to free speech is one of the things that makes America so fucking great or so I thought. I have not served my country and while I have family members who have, none have done so in combat, but I would think that it’s more disrespectful to our service members if athletes stood just because they were told to do so. You can’t stand on one foot, yelling about how those who kneel are disrespecting our military, while standing on the other yelling about how those in the military are fighting and risking their lives for our freedoms. If people didn’t stand up for what they believed in, then what the fuck is being defended?

I really don’t think that the problem people have actually has anything to do with disrespect to our country, disrespect for the flag, or disrespect for the military. That’s just the go to, the easy talking point. Because if that were the case, then surely those of you who voted for Trump have now boycotted him, right? Because if the platform is, kneeling = disrespect for the military, then y’all have to remember how disrespectful he has been and continues to be to our men and women in uniform and if that hasn’t or doesn’t outrage you, then you don’t have much to stand on when you open your trap about those who kneel. I find it quite ironic that so many of you have the 2nd amendment on repeat as soon as any convo on gun control comes up, but you’re the same ones who are foaming at the mouth to stifle the all important first one.
There are certainly a handful of ways to deal with this, one is through diarrhea, through discharging water from the body and cause a person to earn more of enhanced penile erection. generic levitra http://appalachianmagazine.com/category/legend-and-tall-tales/page/4/? A question which is answered by millions of men who have used the medicine. Sildenafil citrate is so efficient that it works in the same way that the generic cialis work. One needs to intake the brand viagra australia with the same ingredients. Aside from treating erection problems, this tablet can also be cheap viagra canada used for various other purposes.
The main problem lies in who it is that is protesting and why. And maybe it has something to do with a lack of understanding. I get it, it’s difficult to understand something that you have never experienced and usually when we don’t understand something, we find ourselves always playing on defense, which naturally leads one to attack. The problems that are currently stabbing our country continuously have nothing to do with Barack Obama or the idea that a particular community just want to kill cops. I would like to believe that it has nothing to do with left vs. right (I’ll have to get back to you on my final decision on that). Where I think the biggest issue lies is our inability to just listen. If you’re flying the stars and bars and your neighbor flies the stars and bars, then chances are, you two are reading from the same playbook. Seek out someone who is different, who sees things from a different set of lenses. I can’t say it enough, you can respect without agreeing, but you cannot respect without listening.

As a mother, it’s frustrating when my kids can’t see things through my perspective, but only because I think I’m right. Do you know how much it saddens me that not one of my three children enjoy country music? I would like to force it, but I can’t tell them to feel the same way as I do about anything, music or otherwise. That’s what those of you who are against this movement are expecting. Because you think kneeling is wrong, everyone should. Because you think using the National Anthem as a form of protest is disrespectful, we all should. As baffling as it is, you can’t dictate someone else’s feelings anymore than I can dictate yours.

Remember story time? Well, this is where I hope to take that point full circle. Here’s the great thing about another’s opinion, you don’t have to agree. You don’t even have to understand, though you can certainly understand and not agree, but that’s probably a discussion for another time. The beauty in this country is you don’t have to agree in order to respect. But for some reason that concept has just flown over y’all and some of you never even bothered to look up and see it. But here is the point. . .the only thing I really ever wanted from my dad when I broke the news to him, was respect. Respect for a decision that I made FOR ME. When I broke the news to my dad, one of the things he said to me was “I can’t believe you’re doing this to me”. I think the reason this form of protest pisses some of you off is because you’re believing that it is a direct punch to your throat. But newsflash. . .not everything is about you. You can actually be someone who says that they believe when one kneels during the National Anthem that it is disrespectful to our military or to our flag or even to the lyrics of a song, but you also recognize that one has the right to make a statement however it is that they see fit as long as it is within the parameters of the law. You can’t support the idea of “Make America Great Again”? and not support one’s right to kneel. Because exercising our constitutional freedom is what makes America great now.

I know it’s difficult for some of you to open your mind as well as your ears, but I’m gonna need for you to listen to me for just a moment. I am raising a black son. And to make sure that he gets the opportunity to take off from the same starting line as his white counterparts, at the same exact time, I have to raise him to be the smartest kid in his class. Because unless he’s an exceptional athlete (and trust a BXTCH, as of today, that’s a hard no) he has to be the best in order for the same opportunities afforded to his white peers to be within his reach. Whether it’s fair or not, difficult conversations will have to take place inside my home with all of my children, but especially my son, about the correct way to respond to law enforcement. And if Colin Kaepernick starting a dialogue in this country about the injustice that engulfs the relationship between the black community and law enforcement, happens to save lives and bring awareness, then isn’t it worth it? All life is precious, right? Maybe, just maybe, the NFL was the platform Kaepernick needed. Maybe his true calling wasn’t throwing a football, maybe it was to make a difference. Even if the difference doesn’t impact your household directly and even if it’s a difference you can’t really see the effects of right now, it should be equally important to you and your family as it is to me and mine.

I’m not gonna give you a history lesson on the relationship between the black community and the United States, but if you are someone who believes that there is no issue where that relationship is concerned, then I implore you to please pick up a legitimate history book. Because contrary to what Bill O’Reilly believes, slavery wasn’t a party to be had and even though things have come a long way, they are no where near as far advanced as they need to be or even could be. I don’t condone violence. I don’t condone looting. I don’t condone ignorance. But I was raised in a different world than Black Americans and when you live in a country that has used violence repeatedly against a particular demographic of its citizens, you can’t be shocked when that’s all that demographic knows. Considering law enforcement doesn’t have the best history with the black community, it may be time to step back and recognize that just because you wear a badge, doesn’t mean you’re the good guy, because every time a black father is gunned down with no cause and no justification, another generation of mistrust is created and the cycle continues.

Nike and Kaepernick. . .what a team and what a brilliant idea. But good gracious, some of you are reacting as if we put someone in the White House who goes around grabbing women by their pussy and then brags about it. . .oh wait, never mind. First, let’s stop pretending you’re upset because you believe Nike should’ve chosen someone like Pat Tillman to be the face of the Just Do It campaign. Because if you are that person, I will need to see receipts of all the letters you have sent to Nike on behalf of this argument, which I’m certain you started sending somewhere around 2004/2005, right?  And I hate to break this news to you, but according to Tillman’s biographer (Jon Krakauer), he said “Pat would have found Kaepernick an extremely admirable person for what he believed in,”. . .”I have no doubt if he was in the NFL today, he would be the first to kneel.” If you are someone who is truly worried about the well being of our vets and the honor that we should be bestowing upon them, then you would be someone who championed change for them regularly. And since this post is somewhat about the military, I can say with confidence that it’s pretty disrespectful to those who serve and those who have served to use the image of soldiers, dead or alive, to promote an agenda, especially when we’re not putting the pressure on the elected officials who could and should impact our vets in a manner that could change their lives for the positive. So let’s stop using our warriors only when the time is convenient, it’s not only shameful, but it makes you look a bit idiotic when you use them to defend your argument against those who kneel. And I shouldn’t have to remind you (but I’m gonna anyway), not one of you spoke up about the astronomical cost of a military parade that was being planned by 45, but continued to post about our homeless veterans. Imagine how our vets or even those who currently serve could be impacted if that money was moved to them instead. Where was your outrage?

Everyone has a platform, yours may not be as big as Kaepernick’s or the liberal elite of Hollywood, but it is a platform nonetheless and if you choose to boycott Nike, burn Nike, or just bitch about Nike, then you are using your platform and I may not agree with the message you’re trying to send, but I do support your right to send it. But if you’re not careful, your protest will start to show and what ever will your followers think? It’s time to see the broader picture. You don’t have to agree to support one’s right. And as painful as it is for me to say, you don’t even need to understand, though it would go a long way if you would try. You just need to accept and respect the right for one to use their voice, however they seem fit.

Peach Cobbler

Homemade cobbler always seems to be a tricky recipe to master. . .well maybe not for all, but for me it was. So, instead of putting in the work to find a recipe I could become an expert with, I would always resort to dump cakes. Which are delicious, but it ain’t cobbler. But I convinced myself that fruit and cake topped with ice cream was close enough.

So, If you’ve been rooting around on Pinterest looking for an easy cobbler recipe. . .look no further, this BXTCH. . .well actually Paula Deen. . .has you covered.

All you need to do is follow this Peach Cobbler recipe AS IT IS WRITTEN. This isn’t the time to get fancy and pretend to be on your own Food Network show or the only one you’ll wind up on is Worst Cooks in America. . .although that is a great show.

BXTCHES GOTTA WARN: As always, please read through the entire recipe and notes before you even preheat your oven.

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups milk

FOR THE FRUIT MIXTURE

  • 4 cups peeled and sliced peaches (about 2 pounds)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar

This is the cialis 10 mg essential reason that a man is not able to acquire or maintain a satisfactory erection while the sexual intercourse.

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. While your oven is preheating, place sliced peaches, 1 cup of sugar, and 1/2 cup water in a large saucepan and stir. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes (stirring occasionally). While fruit mixture is simmering, place a stick of butter in a 9 x 13 baking dish and place in oven until butter is completely melted. Once your fruit has simmered for 10 minutes, remove the saucepan from burner.
  3. To make the dough, add flour and 1 cup of sugar to a mixing bowl, combine. Whisk in the milk slowly (this will prevent your mixture from clumping). Once combined, pour your mixture over the melted butter. DO NOT STIR. AT ALL. You’re going to be tempted. DON’T DO IT.
  4. Spoon your peaches on top, scattering evenly. Then slowly pour the syrup over the top. If you are using cinnamon, sprinkle it on top now. The batter will rise during baking. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes.
  • Peaches are a seasonal fruit, well good ones are. I’ve used fresh, frozen, and canned for this recipe. I prefer fresh, frozen comes in a close second. If you are stuck and need to use canned peaches, you’ll need a 28 ounce can and just skip the part of the recipe where you cook the peaches. But it’s still just as important to NOT STIR.
  • You will use a total of 2 cups of sugar in this recipe, I just separated it to make it easier for you.
  • I have yet to use the base of this recipe for other fruits, but it’s certainly on the to-do list.
  • My oven takes about 45 minutes to bake this deliciousness, but you know your oven better than anyone. If you’re unsure of the doneness, use a fork and gently “tug” a bit on the dough, you’ll be able to tell if it’s ready to come out or if it needs a few more minutes
  • If I haven’t stressed enough, once you pour the batter into the melted butter, DO NOT STIR.

Here’s another recipe that is so simple, you’re gonna wonder why you ever bothered with the stuff in a can. And economically speaking, this is only gonna cost you about $1.50/batch. . .so who’s really winning here?

I have no idea where I originally got this recipe from, I know it wasn’t Pinterest, because I had it long before that goldmine came into my life. . .just know that it’s at least worth a peek.

    Homemade Enchilada Sauce

Fiesta Friday’s just got a lot more festive.

    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1 medium yellow onion
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic (or about 3 garlic cloves)
    • 3 tablespoons chili powder
    • 2 teaspoons cumin
    • 2 teaspoons sugar
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

    1. This is a recipe that you need to have everything ready and within arms reach. Next to the stove, be sure to have ready to go. . .
    2. Beef broth measured and ready to pour
    3. Onion diced and garlic minced
    4. Tomato sauce open and ready to pour
    5. In a small bowl, combine the chili powder, cumin, sugar, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
    6. Add olive oil to a medium saucepan (medium high heat), once hot, add onion. Cook onion until softened (about 5 minutes), stirring occasionally, then add garlic. Continuing to stir, cook for another 2-3 minutes. Then add the spice mixture. It is going to be thick, but keep stirring for about 2 minutes or until really fragrant. Then add broth, stir after addition. Add tomato sauce. Stir.
    7. Once sauce comes to boil, reduce heat and let simmer for about 30 minutes.
    8. Get your blender ready, because it’s time to blend it up and make it smooth. Just be cautious. . .you’ll need to blend in small amounts or else you’ll be cleaning up a huge mess and applying a ton of burn cream.
  • This recipe will yield you about 3 cups, but no worries, you can easily double.
  • If you have a membership to Sam’s or Costco, I highly recommend that you purchase your tomato sauce from there. It is a #10 can, but it’ll cost you less than $3 and you can freeze what you don’t use. When I say use 16-24 ounces of tomato sauce, it really depends on your tomato preference, I use the large cans and my ladle is 2 ounces, so I just go until I like the way it begins to look.
  • You can make this spicier by adding more chili powder or even adding some red pepper flakes.
  • Enchiladas isn’t the only gem this sauce works on. If you’re Mexican rice recipe calls for tomato sauce, replace it with this instead. You could top some chicken with this and some cheese or you can kick up your macaroni and cheese. . .the limit is really your imagination. Have fun.

    Macaroni and Cheese

Homemade Macaroni and Cheese | Recipe on www.bxtchesbeblogging.com

Homemade Macaroni and Cheese | Recipe on www.bxtchesbeblogging.comWhile I have nothing against a good box of macaroni and cheese, even I can admit that Kraft really knows how to hit that spot. . .BUT everyone needs a good recipe for a homemade version and this BXTCH is here to grant that wish.

Now, this originally started as Paula Deen’s crockpot version, but there were elements in that recipe that this BXTCH could not hang with, so I mixed it up just a bit. But if you’re looking for her version, check it out here.

First, I take the crockpot out of the equation. Not that the crockpot doesn’t do the job, I just think the oven does a better one. Also, I know some people swear by adding eggs to their macaroni and cheese, I’m just not one of them. And I may be hung by my toes for this but, I think there is something wrong with adding breadcrumbs or crushing up crackers to give macaroni and cheese a “topping”, just add some more cheese to that pan and call it delicious, the only crunch you should be getting is from the crunchy edges of scrumptious cheese. And you will not find any dry mustard in this recipe.

Now, let’s gain a couple of pounds and get this sh*t in the oven.

As always, read through the recipe AND notes before you begin.

    Homemade Macaroni and Cheese

A creamy and delicious recipe that will make you the hit at any potluck. . .holiday. . .or Monday night dinner. Enjoy.

    • 2 cups dry elbow macaroni
    • 4 tablespoons butter (I use unsalted)
    • 4 ounces processed cheese (i.e. Velveeta)
    • 1/2 cup sour cream
    • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
    • 1 cup milk
    • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (plus handful for topping off)
    • salt and pepper to taste

When the immunity health of an individual see that web-site levitra properien decreases, there is an increased risk for illnesses and infections. Moreover, the consumption depends on the doctor as buy viagra online cute-n-tiny.com Yohimbe can cause a rise in blood pressure too. These drugs are meant to cialis cipla 20mg inhibit an enzyme called phosphodiesterase type five (PDE5). Have a look and read more about American Ginseng and cialis professional price its health benefits on the internet.

    1. Preheat oven to 350°
    2. Spray a 9 x 13 casserole dish with cooking spray
    3. Boil the elbow noodles in a saucepan for SIX MINUTES

Once cooked, place noodles in a large bowl and add ingredients in the following order, mixing after each addition

    1. Butter Stir until butter is melted
    2. Processed Cheese
    3. Milk
    4. Sour Cream
    5. Soup
    6. Shredded Cheese
    7. Salt and Pepper
    8. Pour mixture in casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes. Then top with shredded cheese and bake until bubbly (about 5-10 more minutes)
    9. Enjoy!
  • Usually I’m about the Velveeta, but that cheese is expensive AF and through my cheapness, I found that the store brand does an equally creamy job. The only disadvantage is the Velveeta package measures out its block in ounces and the store brand does not, but that’s nothing that a kitchen scale won’t fix or just eyeball it if you have to. And for those of you who get challenged by a bit by math. . .use 1/2 of an 8 ounce block. . .1/4 of a 16 ounce block. . .1/8 of a 32 ounce block. Really, is a bit extra gonna hurt?
  • When it comes to shredded cheddar, I’m a mild kind of BXTCH. Feel free to go sharp all over this dish, it’s about your taste, not mine.
  • Don’t worry if you don’t have whole milk in your fridge. I use 2% for this recipe and trust a BXTCH, it makes no difference.
  • I fully support store brands, but I’m thinking Campbell’s must have the market cornered on Cheddar Cheese Soup, because I cannot find a store brand, not even at Wal-Mart.
  • Not only can you easily double or triple or more with this recipe, you can also make it a day or so in advance and stick it in the fridge, then bake when needed. You’ll just need to adjust your baking time. Also, I have found that a standard aluminum disposable pan will hold a double batch of this recipe PERFECTLY.
  • Change it up. Campbell’s also makes a Fiesta Cheddar Cheese Soup and with that you can use a pepper jack cheese or a Mexican style cheese and maybe throw in some green chilies. I also just finished a book where the leading lady made some Barbecue Macaroni and Cheese and that is on my To-Do list, I’ll let you know how it turns out.
  • There are times when I have to add up to 1 1/2 cups of milk, just start with 1 cup and if you think it needs more, then add a small amount at a time. Also, I promise that the six minute cook time on the noodles is spot on.

BXTCHES Gotta Warn: Not much of a warning, but this is a stand alone, though I wouldn’t be mad at a BXTCH if others from this book (ahem. . .Haylee and Ty) gotta a little love with their own title. It is important to note, that once you start this crazy ride, it is gonna prove hella difficult for you to jump off, so allot some time in your schedule, if you catch my drift. Now enjoy the wild and carefree passion that is Maesyn and Grayer. Oh and on a side note, let’s take a moment of silence to appreciate all of the greatness that is that cover.

Untamed will be told in two parts and both parts are told through the POV’s of Maesyn and Grayer.

Let’s kick things off with our leading lady, Maesyn. Maesyn is days away from turning 18 and hopefully the same amount of days away from being able to set her inner gypsy free. I wouldn’t necessarily say that Maesyn has a tortured soul, but she definitely has a very conflicting one. She appreciates the work ethic her dad drilled into her, but like any teenaged girl, wants to know her dad’s softer side and see pride in his eyes when he looks at her but she has yet to feel that from him. She has a reputation that is certainly not earned, but she doesn’t do much to dispute either. She has some past demons that could be holding her back that she hasn’t yet learned how to break free from. So when she spots hometown boy and world champion bull rider, Grayer Easton at a local party, little does either one of them know that they could very well be the missing piece to each others puzzle.

Grayer Easton has some loose ends to tie up in the town that turned its back on him and his brother years ago. Things were supposed to be simple, take care of some family obligations and head back home to Decatur, Texas to get ready for his next competition, but once he sets sights on Maesyn Calhoun, things may never be the same again. When he finds out that she is only 17, he knows he has to stay away and he does, sometimes very abruptly, but once the calendar adds another year to her age, all bets are off. He knows she’s more than the bad reputation that seems to precede her and even though he has tried to resist and even though his time in town is short, not only will he have a taste of Maesyn, he’s gonna be sure that she sees herself not only the way that he does, but the way in which she deserves.

Part one takes place in Ellensburg, Washington and it’s also where we get to watch Maesyn begin to discover what she’s worth and where she learns to not settle for anything less. It’s where she realizes that Grayer may not be her forever, but he’s the one that set her on the path to this discovery. Part two is a different discovery, but no less important. It’s passion and carefree and the life that most 18 year olds dream about, but never have the guts to pursue. It’s a road trip with your BFF, both literally and figuratively. It’s the memories made that shape who you become and the heartache you experience that force you to question who you are, but most importantly it’s the love you find that you realize you always deserved. Untamed is going to take you for one wild ride (all puns intended) and it is worth every high and low. . .just hang on tight, because it’s gonna be a long eight seconds.

Just like with any Shey Stahl book I have read, the supporting cast that she delivers plays an almost equally important part to the characters that take on the main role. It was the relationships between Maesyn and those around her that resonated with me the most. Her relationship with her father was so strained and at times heartbreaking, but a relationship that our teenaged selves can probable relate to, and while the relationship with her dad was turbulent, it was balanced with the relationship she had with her mom and younger sister, Morgan. And speaking of Morgan, I’m not sure who Shey Stahl models some of her characters after, but the way she is able to conjure up a child is brilliant. . .in fact I should encourage you visit with Nova in Unsteady if you doubt any of what I’m claiming. I won’t give away the fabulousness that is Morgan, you’ll just have to make that discovery on your own. But it wasn’t just Maesyn’s relationships with those in her family that jumped out at me, but her BFF Haylee and even the relationships she formed that proved to be unhealthy. . .it was the way all of these relationships shaped her. . .that’s what you will feel when the last page is turned and that’s what Shey Stahl is a master at accomplishing.

Even though there was nothing about this story that was controversial (in my opinion), I should point out that when Untamed starts, Maesyn is just 17 years old, days away from turning 18, but it is when she is still 17 that she makes the decision to give Grayer some lovin’ via her mouth. Now, in fairness, she did tell him that she was legal. . .but let’s talk about the good stuff once she did in fact turn 18. We are talking about sex with a bull rider, it shouldn’t surprise anyone that Grayer had the moves to do more than impress Maesyn and her lady bits and those of us living vicariously with our imaginations, but even I can say that the chemistry between the two of them was purely electric and would’ve set the pages on fire, if that feat was possible.

Obviously, ED has nothing to do with pre-subsisting generic viagra pharmacy health circumstances in this generation of males. To break this down way simpler, it means that the preparation does not need a prescription from a doctor. viagra pill for woman cute-n-tiny.com The patch becomes part of the uniform that employees best buy on cialis wear, and a visible link to the employer. Maesyn is the epitome of what an 18 year woman should be. She represents the transition into adulthood superbly and even though her positive attributes are pretty typical of a fantastic leading lady, it’s the ones that are at odds with what we deem proper. I love the flawed heroine that Stahl is so imaginative with conjuring up. . .that is what makes Maesyn so relatable. She is fierce and independent and vulnerable and feminine and funny. She’s a phenomenal best friend and a wonderful big sister. . .she knows what she wants and makes no apologies for it and what I loved the most was the support that she lacked from her dad, she got ten times over from her mom.

As you may or may not know, my love affair with Shey Stahl is fairly new, but if she didn’t have me hooked before Untamed, she would’ve had me after and I’m about to let you in on why. I bitch a lot about living in Texas and if you have ever been to the Lone Star state in the dead of summer, surely you understand this BXTCH’s love/hate relationship with it, but not only am I a Texas girl at heart, but country music is the soundtrack of my soul and to see the songs and artists that were the inspiration behind some of the moments in this book, made that soul smile. And it wasn’t the current artists that made me giddy, it was Neal McCoy and Sawyer Brown and Travis Tritt and Joe Diffie and Mighty Merle and The Judds and Patty Loveless. . .and I can’t express through words how excited I was when Clay Walker was mentioned, I could really keep going, but these were the artists of my youth, some are the reason I fell in love with country music. I mean she had “Dumas Walker” by The Kentucky Headhunters on her playlist. Now, that song drove me crazy as a teenager, but mainly because it was played constantly and a little because it took me a minute to figure out that they were saying “Dumas” and not “Do Miss”, we didn’t have the internet back then, we had to decipher it ourselves and then hold onto hope that we were singing the right lyrics. My only negative note to Ms. Stahl is her use of In-N-Out Burger, while that chain has began to pop up in the south, it is and always will be Whataburger. And feel free to verify this with any true Texan.

Fun fact about me. . .when I was younger, like way younger, like 5/6 years old, my favorite movie was Urban Cowboy and 36 years later, still one of my all time faves. Don’t be alarmed, it was the early 80’s and parents back then let their kiddos do crazy things like ride around the neighborhood on their bikes with only the sun dictating when it was time to come home or watch movies such as Urban Cowboy or Porky’s (a story for another day). In fact, my family could probably tell you just how much I irritated the fuck out of them when I decided anytime was a good time to belt out the lyrics to “Lookin’ for Love” as loud as my tiny lungs would allow. And even today, so many, many years later, if I hear any song from that soundtrack, I’m overwhelmed with nostalgia and a time where I fell in love with cowboy named Bud and the woman who loved him named Sissy. Even at my tender age, I was enamored by that love. And even though Untamed is set in a different era and around different circumstances and no where near a honky tonk, when I really began to get into the depths of this book, is was about a girl finding her cowboy. . .a Sissy finding her Bud.

I’ve read five of Stahl’s thirty books (Unsteady, Shade, Tiller, Love Complicated, and Untamed) and this is just the second book that I’ve actually put words down about, Shade being the first (see those thoughts here). It’s not that I didn’t fall head over feet in love with every book my imagination has had the pleasure in absorbing, it just that this BXTCH is sometimes lazy, which is why I just finished Untamed and knew I had to get my thoughts down. Each of the books by Stahl that I have read, have hit me differently, but all in a way that is toe curling delicious. And if I’m being honest, I thought Shade was gonna be the bar by which I measure her work, it had everything I love about being swept away by a book, and while I was expecting to love Untamed, I wasn’t expecting for it to shoot to the top of the list, but it captivated me in a way that can only come when you find a really, really good book. There are so many things to love about the way Stahl writes. . .there aren’t many authors who are able to write the characters in a way that a relationship is built between the reader and the ones leading the story, they talk to you in a very conversational manner. . .but her storytelling goes beyond that, I know not the first thing about professional bull riding, other than what I’ve seen in the movie Eight Seconds, but she was able to force the reader into an appreciation of a sport that they may not have ever given consideration to prior.

I very seldom read acknowledgements in a book, I’m not sure if that makes me a bitch or not, but for some reason I decided to continue with the page turning after “The End” was read and learned that this was actually a rewrite for Stahl and also learned that it was with the help of Garth Brooks and his Ultimate Hits that made this possible, which I’m happy to hear, because deep inside my country girl soul, the relationship between Maesyn and Grayer is very reminiscent of Garth Brook’s Shameless and a small piece of me hopes that it’s the same for Stahl. I’m not privy to the drama that seemed to surround Stahl back in 2013 and even though a part of me is super curious, I also know that I’m just grateful she was able to overcome it and still be inspired enough to share her gift. I love to read and I read a lot of good books, but there is only a handful of authors that can truly reach in and grab my soul and in our very short, albeit one-sided relationship, Shey Stahl has been able to do that each and every time and since I haven’t said it yet, thank you for that.

BXTCHES Gotta Warn: I may be getting ready to really confuse you BXTCHES, so hang on tight. I first discovered the Sinners of Saint series when I came across Vicious, which happens to be book #1 (my review is right here). Now, if you were to go to Goodreads, Defy is listed as book #.5 in this series, on Amazon it’s listed as book #2, but described as a prequel to Vicious. On L.J. Shen’s website, it’s listed as book #2. . .so that’s the route I’m going. Mainly because the author says so and also because I read Vicious first, so naturally this would be the second book for me. If you happen to read Defy first, you will be perfectly in line to read Vicious next. Both books kinda set you up for the other and even though we learn during Vicious and Millie’s story that Jaime has the hots for teacher, nothing gets spoiled. On another note, each book in this series is listed as a stand alone, but I’m the person who thinks that the story really comes alive when you read the books as a series and I think Sinners of Saint is no different. Just in case you were wondering, Vicious was released prior to Defy.

Defy will be told from the POV of Melody or Ms. Greene, depending on your kink.

If you’ve already indulged with Vicious, then you already know about Jaime Followhill and the HotHoles. You also know that Jaime has got himself a crush on his English Lit teacher, Ms. Greene. If Defy is your first crack at the Sinners of Saint series, then all you need to know is the HotHoles not only run the school, but since money speaks loudly in Todos Santos, they also run the town. Oh and I should probably let you in on who is in this elite group. . .Baron (Vicious), Jaime, Trent, and Dean. Again, we met them all in book #1, but you will eventually meet them all in their very own story.

Melody Greene is a twenty-six year old English Lit teacher at the very prestigious, very wealthy, All Saints High. A job she fell into because of the sudden death of the previous teacher, but a job she isn’t too passionate about. Her passion lies in the world of dance, ballet to be more specific, but a broken leg took her out well before she even got it going and with both of her parents in the teaching world, it seemed like maybe the right move for her professionally.

Defy is exactly what it says it is. . .a student/teacher romance. And while you get all that comes with that, you also get some insight. If you’ve already fell into a love/hate relationship with Vicious, then you’ll remember what it was about him that fans the flames of that relationship and remember it, because he will definitely bring it here and if you have yet to have your soul shook by him, Defy is going to set you up really well. And there are some things that happen in book #1 that become a bit clearer in this book.

You need to apply eight drops of this massage oil and massage generico levitra on line cute-n-tiny.com the male organ with this oil two times daily once before bedtime and once in the morning. In case of Champix, there are also some, such as: Nausea and try over here cheap 25mg viagra constipation Fatigue Sleeping problems Unusual dreams Flatulence Abdominal pain Dizziness Appetite change Headache Heartburn However, these are just minor problems that gradually disappear. Why are NF Cure capsules safe and online viagra purchasing effective? These capsules are in an ionic form which makes them a lot easier now.Presently, in all part of the world, the size of the current package may not be sufficient to achieve the breakthrough. What was thought to be an unusual problem for men is now acknowledged to be a much more serious disorder affecting the whole body and boosts sexual energy, strength and stamina to last longer in bed. generic viagra online The Sinners of Saint series focuses on the HotHoles (obvi), but Defy gives us a good dose of Vicious, we get a small amount of Trent and really nothing from Dean, we just know he’s present. The main focus of Defy is Jaime and Melody’s relationship with one another and Melody’s relationship with her job as well as her boss, who happens to be Jaime’s mother. So there is lots of webs being weaved and then untangled in a very short amount of time.

L.J. Shen did not fuck around with bringing the heat between Jaime, Melody, and all the forbidden action that takes place with those two. Hopefully the student/teacher sexual relationship doesn’t skeeve you out at all, because you will really be missing out on some hella hot sex.

When reading Vicious, it takes a long hot minute for the love to start coming through for him. His assholeness reigns supreme for a long part of that story. In Defy, you will fall for Jaime almost immediately and stay that way for the duration. And while the love pours out for Jaime, it will equally ooze for Melody. L.J. Shen can write some serious alpha, but she puts just as much into her female leads. Melody gave her all. . .humor. . .vulnerability. . .love. . .frustration. . .sass. . .really her whole heart and I loved every word of it.

Defy is a short read. . .an afternoon escape really. And even though I wished for more of Jaime and Melody, I don’t know if adding more pages/chapters would’ve hit the spot as well as this novella did. But knowing I’m about to dive further into this series, maybe, just maybe we’ll get a bit more of this hot couple.

Defy is currently part of the Kindle Unlimited program, so if you’re a subscriber, you can read now for free.
